Step 01) Make a repair at launcher, to fix any corrupted files. Today,we had the Patch 100 applied, so some files may got corrupted.
Step 02) If the problem persists, send a ticket to support, in order to unstuck your character.

Yup. It happens since the re-release of Thaumetal Refinery, when the instance became 3-man entry
It happens to me too. But it lasts around 10-15 seconds. Then it goes back to "Play"
There was a same situation at EU too. When Killian PVP server was kinda of deserted.
Many posts at forums for months, to merge Killian (even with Mystel PVE, as a desperate last action).
The merge finally took place and Killian PVP was merged with Mystel PVE.
When Merging was announced, we had the following disagreement:
**** Mystel players said: We are the vast majority here. The new server must be purely PVE.
Killian players said: At least give us Velika Outskirts for PVPing. Nobody goes there afterall,
Then we had a new mini-riot, because the new server was exclusively PVE and had no OWPVP at all. Not even VO area for PVP. It was like Killian server never existed.
As a solution, players recommended, that channel 1 could be PVP and the rest channels PVE (or vice versa). But this was never implemented.
Situation is complicated, and all actions have to be performed wisely. In the end, some people will be disappointed.
They never did. Idk if their policy changed after NA migration.
Best you can do, before deciding to race change, is to ask the support.
The msg "Game is currently unavailable to you", expires after 1 hour mostly.. Time may vary though till the daily server reset. Note that this message is appeared mostly when something changes in your router's IP, and the game notices it as a strange "login behaviour / location".
There's another massage which is the "Account blocked". This message is purely related to multi-account logins and expires after 20 minutes mostly.
*** Every account has to be accessed with more than 10 minutes interval from the previously logged in account. If you spend ingame at least 10 minutes, you can login directly with the next account. If you spend ingame less than 10 minutes, you need to wait the remaining time, for the 10 minutes to pass, before logging in with the next account.
The above rule applies, after your 4th login with multi accounts.

In the past, we were sending a ticket to GF for a GM to reposition our characters in Velika or in Highwatch.
Either way, after maintenance time, the char is automatically unblocked and enters normally in game.

Few years ago (on December 2017), we had an event server, called MANAHAN. All the owners of an active TERA Club membership, had their power, attack speed and defense infinitely increased. They were officially memeslashing. (Tera club sells raised to heaven, for those who could afford it).
They could solo every levelling instance, killing every boss with few hits. But they were carrying non club owners with them, to help them level much faster..
*** The memeslash was de-activated only in BGs and in lv 65 instances.****

It didnt help, i reseted my password but it redirected me to GF home page, im logged in but can't migrate.
Try to clear the cookies of the browser you are currently using and perform a delete of the temp internet files,
In case this doesn't work, you can also try to perform the migration with a different web browser., like Opera or Edge.
What i understood, is that the Enmasse accounts have only been flagged (marked) for migration, since all the data remain on Savvis Datacenter. Thus, we still need to launch TERA NA from EME launcher till 9th of Nov.
The actual migration procedure will take place on 9th of Nov and on 12th of Nov all the data will be active on the new Gameforge datacenter (still located within USA).
There is not even any active login server in control of Gameforge yet, concerning Tera NA.
The full Gameforge control will be on 12th/Nov., when they will have full access/responsibility to resolve any issue.
You can also test it by trying to re-migrate the account. It will show you a message that the account has already migrated to gameforge. That's how i tested it to be sure.
