    Greetings, enamoured adventurer!


    For the duration of the coming weekend we have a special event planned for you. The longer you are online in Arborea on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the more candies you'll earn!


    In time for every full hour that you spend in Arborea you will receive a new message. Up to four times a day it will deliver a Love Letter, Heart Chocolate or Heart Candy Canes into your postbox.


    In addition, all players who spend Valentine's Day in Arborea will receive Fireworks to help them express their feelings. Log in at any time on Friday, 14th February and at the end of the day you'll receive Heart, Star or Question Mark Fireworks automatically sent to the character that you logged into the game with first!


    Show other adventurers whether you like them or not with a Heart Firework, or reply to other's fireworks to show them how you feel. A Question Mark will tell them "I'm not sure whether I feel the same way", a Star on the other hand will show how happy you are to receive the heart.

    I would watch Sakamichi no Apollon, I think you will really like that anime. It's a Drama/Romance/Music anime. I watched it a few times and it's been really good everytime. One of my fav animes so far.

    Love is in the air! Do you perhaps have a crush on one of the NPCs or other characters? Now you have the chance to express your feelings! Submit new loading screens for TERA with a "Valentine's Day" theme and send them to us before the end of January!


    We will be choosing the ten best submissions that we receive from all communities. These will then be introduced into the game in February so that they will be visible to every character in Arborea for a few weeks!


    Each winner will also be rewarded with a party costume and Pink or Blue Feelers!


    How to participate:

    • Design an original piece of art (no screenshots will be allowed) with the dimensions 1920x1080, formatted either as a .BMP or .PSD with a 24bit resolution.


    • You may add a message to be displayed beneath the image, with a maximum length of 160 characters (this will be translated by us into German and French).


    • Don't forget to include your character's name and server when submitting your image.


    • Deadline for your artistic submissions is Friday, 31st of January 2014, 23:59 CET. Send your entry via email to contest@tera-europe.com.

    Here is a tutorial on how to submit a ticket, so that your ticket is made in a correct way and will be treated as fast as possible.

    • Create an account on Gameforges support page.
    • Create a ticket via the support page for Tera.
    • Things you should do when creating a ticket.
    • Things not to do when creating a ticket.

    First, visit the site http://support.en.tera.gameforge.com


    You have two options :
    - If you already have an account, you just have to log in:



    - Or you do not and you have to create an account on the support page. Here are the steps to follow.


    • Create an account on the support page for tera.


    On the landing page, click "register":


    On the next page, click again on "register ":


    You arrive to this page:


    Make sure to fill the fields like this: OBS! Use the same mail as you have on your game account.


    Confirm your registration:


    Go to your email to validate your account .




    When your account is validate, go back to the first page and log in:


    You can now create or follow a ticket:




    2. Create a ticket via the support page for Tera.


    Once you have clicked on "contact support" , you get this window (see page well to avoid unnecessary tickets) click on contact support at the bottom of the page:

    Make sure you choose right section from the start or you will end up having to wait a longer time before the ticket gets answerd.


    Then you will have access to these windows, just follow the instrctions given in the pictures:



    OBS! Use the same mail as you have on your game account.

    3. Things you should do when creating a ticket.


    We ALWAYS ask your account name and the email address linked to the account. Sometimes we will ask the name of the person concerned.
    Make sure you provide it right away, it will avoid that we are obliged to contact you for this information.


    Be sure to clearly explain your problem in the appropriate category, follow the predefined messages and fill the fields. You ticket will be handled faster if it's in the right section from the start and provides the right information right away. It save both you and us time.


    We will NEVER ask you for your password account.


    4. Things not to do when creating a ticket.


    Do not give us personal information when we do not ask for it. The same with your password, we do not need to know your password.


    Do not create multiple tickets for the SAME problem , and do not ask your friends to create one for you in addition to your own, it will only delay the processing of tickets.


    A modified screenshot will not be accepted, make sure you provide your screenshot as it is.


    Any motion to support abuse in any manner whatsoever may be punishable by a suspension of gaming account
