Its another sign to tell people stop using TERA shop until gameforge won't fix other things.
But if you really want to support them "Close this window and try again".
Or send ticket to support.
I'm sure they will fix it fast since it involves direct losses.

The part was edited and announced as a known issue, in order to avoid confusion about the broken item until it is fixed. About the fix and as mentioned above, please monitor the news thread for any updates, we will inform you there once it is fixed.
What idkwtfisgoingon is trying to say is that you should've just mentioned in the webpage(in the same row) that it's currently not working instead of deleting it.
In case it won't be fixed and you will just delete the fact that there was a problem at all and just pretend it was always meant to be that way, it'll look very bad.

I quitted the game back in September 2020, still giving a look at the forums now and then.... all I will say is: get out of here, I played for like 5-6 years daily and still managed to get out, you can do that too.
I'm also Tera-free.
It is 1 year since I played TERA and my life has improved immeasurably. I have a job, a house, a cat, good friendships and, generally, a bright outlook… The price of this is constant vigilance because the disease of addiction is not rational.

I mean its not the first time gameforge are archiving important topics but again hiding when there is ongoing discussion about existing issues?
Please, we demand answers of such behavior.
This is "Discussion about TERA", and the existing situation of TERA has to be discusses.
Please let us know why you archive so quickly and prevent the freedom of speech.
Let us know if it against the ToS somewhere.

this new generations gives up as soon as they find a problem. either give up or cry.
Maybe he doesnt pay fo TC and buys it with gold like many of us but still you should get what is mentioned in the description.

Not paying for a product doesn't equal to giving up, it means taking action to prove a point in a way that will be most efficient and clear to be noticed by our beloved company.

Pay : give (someone) money that is due for work done, goods received, or a debt incurred.Buy : obtain in exchange for payment.
Those things are the same, doesn't matter if you buy/pay with gold or euros, since even if you bought with gold you bought it from someone that bought it for euros. If there will be no demand in buying with gold, people won't buy it for euros. Big head?

When submitting a Support Ticket, the "Complaint" option to "raise the support ticket to a higher department support member" didn't work. I had the same Support Member respond back with basically the same exact canned response as the first one, minus the blocking portion of the copy-paste response.
I thought it was supposed to go to the next highest support level member, not the same one?
When will GameForge take any of this seriously, if ever? So many issues with the patches, so many issues these past 3-4 days with racism, homophobia, glitch-exploit client crashing everyone in Channel 1 of Major Cities either by Dupes or by Block Mechanics Spamming, and not a lick of communication from GameForge at all.
I understand it's "just Monday" after the weekend and them being off, but you've probably easily had 50-100 reports in 3 days of all of this, and not a hint of acknowledgement from anyone on the staff aside from Support who is their usual, unhelpful selves in regards to these issues.
At least some acknowledgment would be great. Our 'Community Managers' for NA are super silent outside of announcements, not responding to anything on the forum except the Astral Event issue in EU, meanwhile they're letting forced client-crashes and racist/homophobic spammers run rampant like it isn't an issue.
Do you have by any chance the data of how many people on average are online in Tera these days and how many out of them are in the groups that you've mentioned "racism, homophobia, glitch-exploit"?
I feel with the time passes the second part becomes a bigger percentage since nice people are dropping like flies.

Over the weekend there has been racist characters created and spamming NA's Global Chat, and threatening to {insert unmentionable acts here} people's underage daughters. Reporting to support results in the response; "Did you know you can block these users?"
Today, GameForge is back in the office, and they're back again.
Glad to see GameForge actively enables these acts of racism and {insert unmentionable acts here}, if their only solution is for everyone to block them, and it's like they'll suddenly disappear. (Surprise-- they don't.)
Can we please get something done about this guy? I know about 10+ people who've reported him over the weekend, and we all got the same canned response.
This goes back to my original issue pointed out of lack of community response. This is a known problem user, and you guys aren't doing anything about it other than 'taking it into consideration, but in the meantime block them and "ta-da" problem solved". No, the problem isn't solved when they're making 20+ characters a day. The problem is with you guys, and you guys need to fix it.
At least words such as cocktail are being censured in chat, am I right?

Those are tradeable, you can buy them from other players. Real bottle neck are seals and enchanting materials for higher enchantment levels. Those are not tradeable.

well, some of the TERA team could just play the game, so it wont take 9years to be solved .
They don't play TERA because they know they are in charge of TERA and they how Gameforge works
If the team was good they probably would've played TERA together with many other people (which isn't the case for anyone who is wondering)

The reason that im here since 2013 its because of Tera not Gameforge.
Still im their customer and they exploited it.
It's time to stop being a customer and become only a user.
Only good companies deserve customers.
