I assume its due to the fact that you tend to write long posts (887 words in the previous).
I doubt someone from gameforge reads more than 1 line of text in order to select which phrase he needs to copy paste.
For the future: Less is more. TL;DR FTW.

This game needs to shut down and quit wasting people's time and money. There just isn't enough people left to support a healthy endgame or any end game at all. Gameforge had their time with TERA it's time to end it and move on. 100 people on a server is not going to go anywhere.
They should follow Tera JP,SEA,RU,NA , and not to try merging different regions.
If 4 different regions understood its the end, why EU has hard time accepting it?

Possible the worst patch since the beginning of Tera.
But by knowing this company, they can just make it worst and worst, in that way every new patch looks like the worst so far.

Suffered from Canned Response from the Support Team at Gameforge I can share you all MULTIPLE tickets that has been given me Canned response. Since then I simply gave up in contacting Support because they are Incompetents Baboons in managing this game in the NA Side.

Lemme share you something Gameforge, Blocking players NEVER WORKS ! because why ? They can delete and recreate the character and go through your block list. This has been a thing since this game released in the West.

If this is how you manage a game GF, then You have a lot to learn.
Its same as the scam call centers that is located in some hole in India and hires some bad people to present themselves as "William Johnson" and read from some script in order to get money from you.
Pretty sure its just one person sitting there and copy pasting messages depends on the content of ticket without anything further.

TL;DR but, the content of the game is SO outdated, that after uninstalling it I felt updated.
