Civil unrest seems to be inactive today. Did the time move? Anyone have any information?

So whenever you would like to update the Bellacarium credits store, or at least make the PVP gear balanced to todays standards, and the Banyaka treasure box not give us materials for the gear you just outdated, I'll be over here grinding for new mats, and fishing. lol.

Update: just to cover all my bases:

Kisha is in front of Velik's statue, but she does not prompt you to teleport. So I thought I would outsmart the game and used my Ghillilade teleport to get into the sanctum. Talked to Velik, but she does not mention this quest.

So now were all on the same page...

I probably have run into the same issue as Alionna. I finished the first quest yesterday, and the second quest was already marked complete. Sounds like I'm beat. I'll keep looking for answers.

So, I've completed the first two quests: Bizarre Phenomenon in Granarkus, and Manahan's Totem. Check

The third quest here is called Shandra Manaya's Resurrection. The quest tell you "The goddess Velik wants to look at Manahan's memories using an object that contains his power. Look at the memories and thwart his plans" The quest tells you to "Talk to Velik. -- Find: Velik"

The map does not pull up when you click on the name Velik, and she is not accessible from Velika. So, where is she located for this quest?

Any information will help that is relevant. Thank you.

Happy Hour for Thalers just hit, and I spent $100 yesterday not wanting to miss the sale... and ended up missing out on 1180 extra Thalers. SERIOUSLY!?!

Can a guy get a dang break. I know some people see spending for Thalers as a waste, and their opinion is noted, but I'm just trying to get the most out of what's left of my favorite game, and by one single day missed out on 1180 extra Thalers... Which would go a LONG way too. UGH GRRRRR

So I have a suggestion, but I doubt anything will come of it (only because the game doesn't seem to be as relevant as it was 6 years ago)... They should unlock the dressing room and allow us to buy the things on there, for thalers instead of the listed Vanguard Initiative Credits, or whatever. Just make make the "Purchase" button on the right side of the screen link to the actual item (or item 'box') and it would act like its own Tera Thaler register, and allow us to buy directly from the Dressing Room. I would seriously spend hundreds of dollars through the Tera Thaler store buying stuff. I mean, what else are you going to do with the game for the few hundred people that still play it. I'll play it until the server gets shut down, but at least let me have the dressing room to be open and functioning. That HEAVY METAL HELL SOFA and CATOCASTER have been calling my name for months now, among other things (GOLDEN GLIDER WINGS...RIDING SKILL : ELIN SPYDER...PRISMATIC RETRO SCYTHES...SCOUNDRELS SCYTHES...SKYRIDERS ROBES...+ about 30 other things...).
