Hi, my account cannot login because my IP got blocked.
My previous connection cannot login to the game because of ISP used VPN + Proxy to stabilize the network. I sent a ticket to gameforge regarding my issue already. They said my connection was VPN/Proxy. I checked online and knew it was true. However, I swapped my internet to mobile data which i have tested online that mine is non-VPN/Proxy and still cannot login to the game.
How long will it takes for the system to unblock my IP?
