Hey guys, I haven't played tera for almost a year now and I see the new usage of relic fragments , I started a new campaign ( Slayer ) and now I'm almost level 39. From 2 levels ago I see the quests start to give me Relic Fragment 2, which is normal, but mobs keep dropping me Relic Fragment 1, is that normal, and if it is, when will they start dropping Relic Fragment 2? Thanks for the help.
