One thing that came to my mind that I remember from way way back there was a mansion/manor you could go in to and not it was not the dungeon Sinestral Manor. This one had like Elins dressed as witches if I remeber. So I was wondering is that mansion/manor still around and man I can´t remeber where it was.

I mean sure even Black desert online has a shitty enchanting system but at least they give me several options like I can buy all the enchanting material for decent amount of money or I can buy +1 and up for some amount.
Lets say I want a +20 bow or as they Call it Pen well I can buy one for around 2billion silver which is not hard to make I can make that in like a 1-2 days
In Tera I manage to make 100k in 2 days and I need 900mill gold for 1 +13 item.
Also no one even sell +10 and up items on the market. -
I mean rely is that what people enjoy with mmo´s today ? Grinding like some stupid rat in a maze. I mean Jesus f-ing hell.
First of I can do abot 4-5 Dungeons per day before my adventure coins for the day runs out.
I get about 20-30 of does damn powder shit I need to upgrade. All So I can fail and lose it all by failing becuse I don´t have a grade 5000 pet so I can send that idiot away on an expedition that takes proboly 24 hours so I can get 1 F-ing item that proboly give me a 50% fail chance instead of 40%.
And I need to do this stupid F-ing shit first for blue then Yellow and then purple. And also I need to die about 20 times every dungeon run becuse my gear is not +15 purple but yet I need to do them to get the shitty material I need so I can keep failing over and over again.
I managed to get +3 on all my yellow shit gear so I have an item level of 503.9 and I nee 504 to do that stupid f-ing Rogash dungeon so I finish that f-ing quest.
I honestly wish to strangle who ever that this gear progression was a good idea. -
The ones increasing fail stacks you can get mainly from the Exodor partner adventure. Doing it on 3 chars simultaneously makes for a nice farm.
The ones increasing base chance are obtainable through treasure maps that randomly drop in dungeons. You can follow the directions in the map's description or just ask other players in group where to go. Most older players should know all the locations for them.All of the above should also be available through trade borker.

Okey I looked at allot of guides every one is like outdated and I read game patches but it never says what it is just says you need special enchantment additive.
Well what do I use for enchantment additive and how are they obtainable ? Sure I could guess work what enchantment additive is but the game has 1000s of items and I don´t got a millennium to figure it out.
