Nope, nothing, do you think I should go to customer support?

I’m currently on the “These Aren’t the Weapons We’re Looking For” quest, and I need to use Talfryn’s Scroll to meet up with Jasper. Problem is, I can’t find this scroll in my inventory. How can I fix this?
