A few days ago i was able to sell fish to the fishmonger, now today i can't sell anything to them. what's up with that?

I botched my quest (velika banquet). Thinking I could get back into the zone, I zoned out. For what reason, I don't remember.

My question, is there a way to reset the quest and start over. It won't let me delete it and start over.
