Anyone also having trouble redeeming CE key. Please go to your gameforge client, choose tera, account management, redeem code WITHOUT all of the dashes! Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I am a BRAND new player, started 2 days ago. So i just bought the collector's edition key, just to get a head start as i read it was worth the money, to just find out that old keys no longer work since EME is dead or something.

I also don't have an old account but i have submitted a ticket on the old website, by creating a new account that just works to login to submit support ticket,. If i try to login the main page, it gives me error and if i try to register, it takes me to gameforge website, where i already have an account.

Is my key going down the drain? Such an awful experience as a new player, uff.
