    yeah, that's the first response from support when I made the ticket. I've already done that and more, I've went to the point of troubleshooting firewall, defender and firewall exclusions, updated drivers, changing network adapters, and lastly uninstalling and reinstalling the game. And support's response to my ticket was more than 48hrs ago, up until now I haven't heard from them.

    After the NA extended maintenance, i haven't been able to launch my game. This has happened to me twice already and on the first time all that happened was i just waited for it to work since i barely got a response from my ticket. Now this time, this has been going on for more than 48 hrs and i still haven't found a solid solution. Nothing from support as well, pretty much waiting again but longer. Any suggestions?

    After the extended maintenance for TERA NA, I haven't been able to log in ever since. When I try to launch the game, its just prompts me a red error message "the game is currently unavailable to you. Please contact support." But there has not been a concrete fix/solution given for this problem. This has happened twice to me already and what happened was just a waiting game. Feedbacks for anyone else who experienced this and have figured it out is greatly appreciated.

    P.S. I have done all the troubleshooting that support has given me, and the troubleshooting that they have given my friends who have experienced this as well e.g. Javascript, add-ons, firewall, defender, reset password, restarting pc, restarting launcher.
