Bots would definitely be the biggest issue, but even then I think the idea would ruin the game completely. I think the lower dungeons (MC and TR) need to have their attacks reduced by a lot. The dungeons are very painful for new players that will die a lot during the dungeon. I don’t think HP necessarily needs to be nerfed but their hits should be. The dungeons would speed up overall if new players didn’t die during their burst skills.
Ilvl requirements this patch are ridiculous but that’s a whole other issue.

No offense but this is honestly a terrible idea. Better players = faster runs. It’s basically the incentive to get better. AFK bots would run in circles all day while the boss times out for loot. Think fishing bots were bad? Good luck with this system. 🤣
It honestly just doesn’t make sense. The point of the game would be completely gone.
Plus haven’t you made posts saying you would rather have long dungeon runs than play with “elitists”? 🤔 Why the switch up?

Due to the scripting? Which one was it? The instant enchant or something more nasty?
instant enchanting only refers to skipping the time to enchant. it would be impossible to make a 100% chance script lmao. scripts don’t work like that.

i really wish they would make ace dungeons affected by triple drops. i like doing them and they’d be super rewarding.

I honestly wish they would shut down tera at this point. I loved this game so much in it’s peak and it truly pains me to see it being made out to what it is now.. just let the game die and let us have happy memories instead of suffering trying to hold onto nostalgia.

After thinking about it I think Lost Ark and or Elden Rings probably took a lot of our regular Tera players. Lost Ark came out right around the same time they decided to reset all of the gear in Tera (I think). So you were given an option to either gear grind in Tera (again) or go try your luck at the Lost Ark grind and see how it goes.
Tera definitely lost a lot of players to lost ark, myself included. Tons of people in my guild also were giving away most of the stuff they had as they were quitting.

It was 5 man then a 3 man dungeon, and now 3 man again. They were probably going for a channelworks esque dungeon experience.

If you’re wanting to come back I would say wait a month or two. They game is VERY dead at the moment since we’re coming near the end of this gear cycle.
Maybe try leveling a character to 70, figuring out what class you would like to play again. Most meta classes are priest for healer, lancer for tank, and valkyrie for dps. Slayer is in a rough spot at the moment, the rest of the dps are fine for the most part.
The game still has some dedicated players so coming back isn’t a terrible idea. I don’t think the game is going anywhere soon although it’s legs are starting to wobble imo. I’d say give it a go. If you have nostalgia for the game try leveling and take it from there.

Hello, as announced, the event was cancelled because of technical issues and there was a small gift sent to everyone because of this. At the moment there is nothing planned, but in case the issues are fixed in the future and it is scheduled to happen, there will be an announcement as always.
