Update: during i wrote previous message, game crashed (i was in character selection screen) and now i cant get even pass server selection...

As stated in subject. I can not get past character selection. When i choose character and press the 'Play' button i get red text on screen 'You can't enter right now.'
Are servers down or what's going on?

As stated in the subject. Almost a week ago (last saturday 17th april) i bought tera thalers for 200 euros. I used skrill as payment method. I have sent a ticket, and I am getting silent treatment. Zero responses, nothing, nada! I understand that there might sometimes be an hour or so delay due technical reasons (as stated) but this, soon a week have passed and I have not even received any reply to my ticket! I have contacted skrill already ofcourse by now, but I still would rather have the thalers and cancel the whole dispute progress. Reason why I am posting about this here is, I hope that this publicity would bring attention to this and advance my case.
