    I'm directly plugged into the internet, I have 120 MBPS, but I've noticed since yesterday that there's lag spikes, and server disconnection.


    This morning alone I disconnected from Kaia around five times constantly, even after I reset my router and checked my internet. Is this issue server side, or?

    I've verified game files for two whole days, and i've repaired it three times, i've changed the region to NA


    Whenever I click 'Play', it justgoes: 'In Game', then goes back to 'Play'


    Nothing happens, and I need answers, I already sent support a ticket but idk
