R.I.P Busch got ban for writing his opinion on tera state and trying to make it better. Smells like someone want to silence the people who are writing suggestions and improvement and hide the actual state of tera from new players.
That's nobody's concern but their own. If they want to buy Thalers to get stuff in-game, let them. It's none of your business.
He is just trying to warn from wasting money on useless things.
Its just when gameforge wants to milk some easy profits, they will put one up. Once a week/two weeks on average maybe.
Display MoreI haven't got much faith in Gameforge either, but it really wouldn't require much of their resources to open a 2nd server with some old classic Tera code they have lying around.
If Gameforge and people like you use that temporary "classic" server (which wasn't even truly Classic) as an excuse for why a true, permanent classic wouldn't work or wouldn't be popular, then Gameforge and people like you are just lying to themselves.
Classic fans like me and many others saw that advertisement for the temporary server, saw how it wasn't even a true Classic patch, and then immediately passed on it. Why would we even bother trying it out if it's only temporary?
Stop using that dumb argument already. That "classic" attempt was unappealing garbage and shouldn't be compared to a real classic attempt.
A real classic attempt is possible, just not by gameforge.

Do you have enough ram, 64bit windows? More information is needed.
(My tip, re-watch Umaru instead of tera, much more fun, much less wasted time and effort)

I have seen and know the work and quality of other managers, notonlyin this region and game, ofc. So, I will refrain about everything else. Hopefully someday the community will be happy.

I am pretty sure they know that it takes 9+ months to farm all the mats for +9. They just want us to buy cash shop items (adventure coins and mat boxes). If they really did not know about this or made a miscalculation, they would have already changed the droprates.
And after 9+ months when you get what you wanted, few months later they will introduce new gear. Sound familiar?
They didnt made a classic server. Of course this classic named Server was bad, cause noone really want to play time limited servers where all your hours of gaming will deleted after 3 weeks. I want a classic server too, but I didnt played the limited one.
They can't maintain properly one live server, and people wishing for 2 different patches server. Oh my.
No i dont really hope anymore to get an usefull answer or solution, i just want to blame them and show them how bad their work is.
I'm pretty sure they are aware of it, and they don't care. This is the mindset of the company. Otherwise we wouldn't have reached this point.
Many things could've been better, but there nothing good will be in a future. Tera had its prime time, it passed long ago. Won't come back.
Every year there is that person who brings up the idea of classic server only because he just came back to tera from a break. They did classic server, it was bad. I understand you liked the old tera, but its gone now. Let it be, keep the good times as a pleasant memory and end it there.

Do you actually hope from them to give you a solution? or even an answer above "in progress"? funny and sad at the same time..
I guess what GF /Bluehole should really do is the following:
Hire a mathematician.
It seems that there is no one that calculates the changes and number of runs and things like that. I guess the quality of the Game can be increased dramatically if GF / Bluehole hire someone. I am sure that these easy calculations that can be done by any student will show the developer that the loot I not enough with respect to the costs. In addition, it will show the benefits of group loot over RNG.
At this point of the game after more than 8 years there is no point for them to hire anyone, only to fire. GF long ago stopped caring about the game and making it enjoyable, everything is half completed with errors and bugs, and easy recycled content. They just try to keep expenses to the bare minimum, to milk the last of the players until they won't see any profit at all, and the game will shut down.
They have stopped caring about this game long time ago, no reason to think something will change until they shut down the servers for good, especially not a minor thing like "community manager" which all they do is copy pasting "forwarded" in forums.
