    hello today i tried to enter my account n i got an alert that says my account was blocked, write a ticket n get this awnser:

    i already wrote back to sam telling him i was willing to change the name taking that way the responsibility for my acts using this name, i apologize to gameforge about this, i have this account for years now, is my only account n this is the only game i play, i have the name for almost 2 years now n never was a problem, please let me keep the account i was working over almost 3 years now, i will change the name right away. ty for the attention.

    later i was talking the mattter on discord n someone told me have an issue like that days ago n the offer the name change on the ticket! now i lose my account but not only that i dont have the right to even do nothing
