I hope somebody will be able to help me. I wanted to go back to playing Tera, but unfortunately something seems to be wrong with my account. I downloaded gameforge client, I logged in to it, but when I try to play the game it says "An account already exists. Please add it manually".

I found an information that if I see this message I should contact support. But the problem is that I cannot log in to https://tera.support.gameforge.com/ because it says "The data you entered is incorrect" .

But when I go to gameforge.com I can normally log in. I was also able to log in to this forum

Can someone from support contact me or advise what to do now?
