Hi, thanks for help. I did make sure it was NA after initially signing into the EU, but still no characters. I did do the transfer thing from En Masse too so I'm not sure why they are not showing up other than my steam account is the wrong email for the gameforge account.

I'm wondering if it's possible to launch the game through Steam using my Tera account email instead of Steam email/account. Somehow either the Steam account wasn't linked properly or I'm not running it correctly. It launches and goes directly into the game without asking for a log in like most launchers do. I need to tell the game the correct email account through the Steam launch so that it recognizes my characters.

I'm trying to see if there's a way to launch Steam Tera that uses my Tera login email instead of my Steam login email. Like in the old days, i could sign out of the launcher and sign in with a different email as a different account. Now, the Steam launcher goes right into the game so I assume it's using my Steam account email rather than the Tera email and so obviously I don't see any of my characters.

I am hoping to not have to install the Gameforge client to run Tera separately
