Hello there,
After countless tries of logging and/or registering into "support" website i lost my patience, so i'm hoping we can resolve my issue in here.
The problem is i made all of my apex quests on my gunner, there are no *important* quests for me and even then, my apex scrolls are stuck at 6/7.
I read somewhere on reddit, that another person had similar issue and contacted support, with provided screenshots the issue was resolved.

Below or in attachment you can see my quest log which doesn't indicate any of the Apex quests anymore and apex scroll count highlighted in red.
