Ruinous Manor dungeon clearly state level requirement of 69 & ilvl 471 in instance matching. But when I was matched and warp in the dungeon, I cannot use the teleportal after the first boss due to "Only Level 70 can enter use the teleportal"!!
Please fix this bug!
