Yes i really believe they should compensate those players affected by the current situation which is happening due to their servers issue. I still don't understand why we are never ever compensated decently, anything like giving tikat or something would be nice too.
Nothing happens when I click "TERA Club." It should popup a webpage but doesn't. It appears to be disabled or broken.
However after an aggravating hour of setting up Customer Support last night, I managed to open a ticket and they cancelled my subscription this morning.. Never gonna do that again.
Did you enable pop up? I don't know about you but i have Tera Club and it is working fine on my end. It should pop up, try other browser as default and open it again.
Frustration are all over the place when an issue occurs but it is best to solve it calmly. I live in the SEA region and it pains me to reply to support ticket every day and it takes days for them to reply again to help me up sometimes process can take up to weeks.
You got to understand Canceling a Tera Club involves refunding money, especially if the transaction is taking place overseas you will get wait time and stuff and it is troublesome to do just to refund money as well. Some website does not even support refunding of money once spent, there is NO WAY a website would say refund is possible and lie to their customer by not refunding after spending especially if the company is not shady. Usually refunds are all done through contacting the supports, rarely do you see refund as an instant button click thing, especially if cancelling includes refunding you back your money.
I can see why you are frustrated but please try to understand and have a open mind.
I am here to SAY Tera NA servers are down because i sneeze too hard sorry guys

useless things speaking of which what is the use of metamorphic emblems, the things inside seems to be all outdated.
As the title says it all man. Cmon lets be honest, some people who are busy all day long and come back home just to enjoy few hours of tera and runs into this kind of issues, we are losing precious playtime + daily rewards like tikat for Tera Club subscribers.
I have encounter recently where i come back home for few hours of free time to play and encounter multiple server crashes in a row and unable to play at all, when server is back on all affected players who were online/affected didn't seem to get compensated at all. (IF I am not wrong there was one just recently, if my memory serve me right, no compensation.)
Now I just came back and try to login and some gameforge client issue and here i am googling for solution just to found out issue doesn't lies with us.
I really hope Gameforge COULD PROBABLY compensate all those affected players e.g. online players when the server crashed and maybe players who are logged into the gameforge client currently but unable to play or even compensate all the players with at least something decent to compensate players for losing their play time.
Just sitting here chilling and waiting to play the game :)))), trying to rant but at the same time think that compensation should be given. At the very least many mmorpg i have played have compensation given to players for issues like these.

I would agree on the RNG thing, everything is slowly getting a RNG element to it. I would prefer the way tera was back in the past where everything was grinding and getting things slowly than having RNG everywhere... especially RNG gear drop is pretty cancerous. Imagine running hard ass dungeon and getting shit drops NOT REWARDING AT ALL. (I don't know about current end game content as i haven't reach there yet, but from what i am seeing with infused equipment dropping left right at MC dungeon, i have only seen 1 shit stats superior infused equipment dropped after running for over 60+ times.)
Tera was unique and enjoyable in a sense kept me from quitting for good and keep comming back to play when i am free. But not the current tera. I find the past tera (grinding) better where you see equipment boxes almost every run but apparently i have not seen any equipment drop so far over past 10+ level 68 dungeons run. (althought it is said to drop annihilation gears)
RNGesus getting implanted everywhere so tilting to see everything fails after week of dungeon runs and getting stuff. Imagine failing 11 times on weapon from 0 to 1, then you move on to combine relic and it all failed. : ) internally screaming
Definitely not enjoying tera after seeing so many RNG elements. way too much. feels like i am playing gacha. SCREW RNG.
I kind of understand making equipment newbie friendly by removing crystals and stuff but adding that option RNG changes is just what the hell man. HELP screaming again
One more point that i would like to add would be to make old items that are phrased out to be useful. After returning to tera, you always have to start all over again, understandable. But your bank full of collections of ingredient, enchant materials and other old stuff also becomes USELESS. u save up so much enchant materials from lots of grind in the past for future usage and it just becomes useless after returning. everything either becomes metamorphic emblems or entropic emblems which so far as what i have seen, metamorphic emblems is useless (unless u mean selling metamorphic emblems for 10 silvers =_=) and the items in the shop it sells are all useless too. But at least some old item that changes to entropic emblems can change for somewhat useful items. I mean even reset scrolls can sell for thousands of golds i had a lot of those and it at least didn't became junk and sold for gold. It would be nice to add something into the shop for metamorphic emblems If i am not wrong there are also a few other shops from old token that are totally useless.
It would also be nice if tera can have a in-game function call guide that teaches new player about how the system works. Like a (?) besides to click and see more info on how it works. NOPE figure it out yourself by asking, searching and desperately asking around in discord and in game. (would be nice if there is one and someone can enlighten me perhaps i am blind.)
Also please do mark functions that are un-useable in games as currently down or some shit. I thought my card fusing function is broken. (Open it but can't fuse anything, i thought my game is bugged. went around asking and found out it was taken down. =_=) TBH if not for the helpful community, i would not have consider returning to tera.
Personally, i don't know about this, it feels like the same reason I quitted black desert mobile. Too many RNG elements spoils the game. I am basically just playing because of the combat for pvp and dungeon... Other than combat, all the rewards u get are all thrown into RNG system (Lets Play Bingo guys ha ha If u are unlucky u get nothing go back to square one loser.) Would have spend money to buy costume and mounts for collection to support the game but now i am re-thinking after playing it a week or so after returning. Is it really worth getting drag into this endless RNG like any games that milk people so much money.

Same i click enter server and it just stuck at server selection page. I was in the middle of a dungeon run and it just froze. I think servers are down.
As for that drop-down, I would definitely send in a ticket and ask them to add NA's servers to that, cause it's really important in-case the in-game shop goes down like it did recently.

The Calendar doesn't exist because NA never got a fix for it, and GameForge doesn't use the Calendar feature at all. Unfortunately it doesn't look like that'll change anytime soon.

i recently seen people talking about fashion coupon but what is the use of it? i click my fashion coupon and all it show changing 5 fashion coupon for the same 1 fashion coupon... =_= so i use more fashion coupon for lesser fashion coupon?? It doesn't seem to change colour as well from what i seen in forum. Any idea on this?

Try it through the Account Management, in the launcher.
When Acc Manager opens in browser, select the Item - Shop tab, choose a character (of the respective server you play) and browse the shop categories and items
Doesnt work i can't select anything because when i click drop down no server appears! The character is just a - in the dropdown. Could it be that tera NA browser shop is not up yet?

So I actually had this issue the day they canceled the second calendar, after people already were on day 3 of the second calendar, and I AFK'd for about 5 minutes and the game disconnected me from the server (the limit is an hour). Once I went back to the server screen, I logged back in, and the shop was miraculously fixed. I'd definitely close out of the Launcher completely (make sure it isn't running in Task Manager still) after closing TERA, wait a minute or two, then re-launch the launcher and TERA. If that doesn't work, definitely follow Raederle's advice about contacting support, cause this should have been fixed a day or two ago, since my issue was also fixed by then.
I couldn't open the calendar in the game at all. i don't really get what u mean by second calendar as well. When i click calendar in the game, nothing happens.

Tera Club membership 30days goes for like 375 tera thalers in the shop but cost only EU13 if u buy it from game launcher. Is there a difference, like one is tradeable?
Someone told me about that tera club decrease instant purchase gold by 33%, is that 33% of overall price? e.g. offer: 5000g, instant: 5850g, 33% of 5850g or 33% of 850g?
Is it worth buying Tera Club since i am a returning player from TERA NA as i don't know the full benefits of tera club yet?

As i keep getting "An error occurred. Please close and try again." It is quite bothersome being unable to view tera shop other than in-game.

I realise that trade broker pricing in velik is really HIGH for cash shop items, 30 days tera club is 1.3m! As it used to be less than 100k in the past!
