Greetings, I have migrated my account from Enmass US to Gameforge NA this afternoon, one of the steps was to create a Gameforge NA account, which I did, and none of my characters are there, I already made sure both Launcher and account was created and set to NA and not EU, Does this process have a average time to complete?

EDIT: I also want to add that clicking on the cogwheel on the launcher on the left of my account name in Settings, sends me to a blank page, and clicking on support in the launcher, sends me to this adress "https://tera.support.gameforge.com/" in which my new NA account username and pass doesn't work there, so I don't know what to do.
