i saw more people has my problem, could be the vpn, or maybe a nickname in the account, my account has 2 weird characters nicknames, i mean, ilegal characters in the name due in eme they did a server transfering, and i never logged in with these characters

The use of third-party connections (as an option, a VPN) can affect this, yes, but in such cases, the blocking is usually temporary (from several minutes to several days).
well, i registered the account through opera VPN because firefox and chrome was failling to register, i noticed too late that the VPN was activated in opera..........
that was on 21 november, now is day 30
from eme they told me this in the end after 10 messages

Contact the Support Team, because such a message usually signals the blocking of your game account. There are no other options.
Because in the support system you need to create a separate account, since the platform are not linked to each other. A helpful guide on how to do that is here.

could this be related to any permanent ban for use opera vpn for register the account here?
was an accident, i just had to log in in opera browser because the registration failed on chrome and firefox

I guess I'll just have to wait till after the 12th, I have no ban on my account that I'm aware of (I'm a founder account, started day 1 paying for it and all up until free to play) I do have a Dynamic IP address with my provider, but I refuse to pay my ISP more $$$ just to play 1 game (Static IP's with either provider I could go with are an extra cost)
I don't use a VPN, nor do I have an anti-virus, or a firewall except for my router, which already has the ports for Tera forwarded unless they've changed under Game Forge, are there any ports GF recommends forwarding?

and why my account could be blocked? accident?
when i try to log in to the support, it says " your data is incorrect " and mail and password are ok...
btw i cant contact support directly, it is not working, then i came here 
the characters are there, but i cant log in
