I had that error when running from the "TERA" shortcut that the game installs on the desktop. Running from the "Gameforge Client" shortcut allows me to run the game normally.

As per the title, the general store in Allemanthia is carrying the scrolls from Velika instead of its normal stock for some reason.

Sometimes it will crash without freezing first. Typically, a cutscene will begin, run for a few seconds and then freeze for a few seconds. After that it will either close the game window with no message, or the spinning Windows 10 ring will show up for a few seconds and the cutscene will eventually continue. This behavior did not occur on the EME servers.
Another problem, albeit not game-breaking: Since the 32 bit patch, cutscenes have been a bit wonky. Textures will drop quality while cutscenes are running (example: Daku's face during most of his cutscenes), and sometimes models will unload during the scene (example: Kalmadia flickers in and out while breathing fire on Velika). This actually did occur on the EME servers as well.
