No mods, and the suggested fixes do nothing to fix the issue. Thank you for the help

After you click on the icon, the game "freezes" for a while, right? It is worth a little wait, without clicking anything, for the interface elements in the store window to "load".
Doesn't freeze or hitch at all. I simply see and hear the effects of clicking on the Shop button and nothing happens.

I'd just like to bump this cause apparently the servers went down again tonight.
I second this. Trying to enter a NA server and it just sits there. Throws no error. just simply click and then it stays on the sever select screen
