I got my Tier 9 Rewards much appreciated

we have the same issue when I first login I also got that parcel post message for reaching tier 9.

I tried to contact Enmasse support

" we really no longer have an access to our tools to verify your concern even inserting the item/reward that should be given to you based on your TERA tier level, what we recommend is to contact Gameforge support and provide some information for further verification"

I did but according to the data that they received I'm at tier 8 but supposedly players were assured that no game progress will be lost after doing migration

I did an early migration on Oct 23 but I reached Tier 9 on Nov 6 gmt+8 why is my reward for Tier 5-8 only

I'm Tier 9 But I got the reward for Tier 5-8
