    Summarizing things to take note:


    -Issue started after the new patch, never had this persistent problem before (one time only, and i just had to restart the client for it to work).

    -I played a few hours before game crashed, screen froze (thought server went down, and i left)

    -Repaired 3 times, reinstalled the game completely, Gameforge client too.

    -I cant play using other accounts as well, i get the same error, meaning that this issue is client/game side, not an account problem.

    -Its been 2 days now not letting me get into the game, so its not matter of time, i have to solve it myself.

    -I managed to create a new account, for Europe servers, and it in fact let me play the game, so this problem is related only to NA servers, now the IP thing might be a possibilty again, or i dont know which other server side stuff could cause not letting me start the game on NA.

    After uninstalling the game, i keep getting that error on Gameforge screen, even though i dont have TERA installed right now lol its pretty funny. TERA is the only game i cant play on Gameforge seems.

    Finally i was able to change my IP just to discover that it wasnt my IP being blocked that doesnt let me start the game lol, thats why support didnt even know about it, their answer for this was a general answer, its not like they straight told me i was blocked, they just assumed it was the case. Anyway, starting from here, im gonna look for other solutions, and reinstall the game completely. I clicked on uninstall before, and it just deleted TERA from client, but the folder was still on my pc.

    i think its just related to the IP thing, since this issue started after i tried to run the game when i had VPN active, then i deactivated it obviously, and it still didnt let me in, making me think that i got an IP block from gameforge, my account is fine, but i cant play using another account as well, support told me that i had to wait 8hrs for this issue to be solved, but now its way more than 24hrs and still can play, idk whats going on, repaired the game 3 times already. Hope this forum team, can communicate directly with the support team, and fix this issue, because we all know the solution already, and its to unblock my IP from the servers.

    My account is completely fine, they told me that already, i just cant access the game, i showed on a screenshot above whats the error im getting "the game is currently unavaiable for you" its been 24hrs already, and support didnt contact me in about 12hrs, so i dont really know whats going on.

    Of course, i repaired the game twice, and i have turned off firewall, i dont use antivirus, i just click play the game, and game doesnt lanch since 24hrs ago, i played yesterday normally.

    this is really annoying, server is lagging a lot lately, and going down many times, now i cant even play the game, i was playing normally today, whats going on in the client server? i didnt do any changes, could be that the new patch came with some kind of bugs, or maybe it wasnt installed properly on my pc, but then repairing the game did nothing.

    i already did, they gave me the general answer about checking firewall, anti-virus, repair the game etc, i have no anti-virus, i turned off firewall, i repaired the game, and i sent back a complaining ticket asking if is there any issues with my account, but i came to ask here if anyone is having this same issue

    I was playing today, and the screen suddenly froze for no reason, it wasnt my connection i checked it was perfect, then i closed the game thinking that the server went down once again, an hour after i wanted to play the game and the message appeared in red above in the launcher "cant play the game right now, please contact support" that message only appeared one time in the past to me, i just had to restart the launcher, i did that, and nothing happened, then i repaired the game, and the problem still going, support told me to repair, and a bunch of firewall things, when i have it turned off, and im not using any anti-virus, so those issues are not the case, i thought it was my account, but i tried to log into another account, and i have the same problem, cant launch the game, is this a current issue going on for everyone? ive read a lot of times that this issue might be server side, and i have just to wait? even though i waited hours since the issue happened.

    And yeah, i have the account i used on enmasse in my settings, so probably its done. But i have to say, when i wrote all of this i didnt know, because last time i checked (same day and after i migrated) my email didnt appear there, now i have the notification on top "!" telling me that my account is there. Thank you all for responding.

    You won't see in Gameforge's client that your account was migrated unless you check 'Settings' in the client and see your EnMasse's migrated account listed there. If you have the client installed, and TERA installed, launch and see if you've migrated, or double-check 'Settings' to make sure it's already migrated.


    If you have already migrated once, Gameforge wouldn't over-write your account information. They have a system in place to prevent that, by telling you that you've already migrated once if you attempt again. EnMasse will let you' Migrate' multiple times, but once you get to GameForge and you try to complete the migration again, GameForge will tell you that you've already migrated.

    Again the same problem i had when i tried to migrate the first time, website doesnt let me put my email to register/log in to gameforge, page keeps refreshing itself after i put the information and click on confirm, is it a joke? i cant even log in through the link itself to check that "your account is migrated" it wont let me. At this point i just have to hope they did well and get my information the first time, because i had this issue, page refresh instead of confirm, i tried many times to confirm the first time until it let me, and then i apperead log in into gameforge page, withouth any "your account is migrated" message, and a misterious "successful/completed migration" or something like that in the browser bar, cant even remember now, this just a joke, you cant put a website barely working to transfer an account game information, i have years on my character, im not into playing tera again right now so i wont install and check myself if everything is where it SHOULD be in first place, its not my fault.

    LevinSnakesRise is correct. If the first migration was unsuccessful, the second try should tell you if it's successful. If the first try worked, you would just get a message saying that your account has already been migrated.

    when i click on the link "migrate account" nothing happens now, it sends me to the enmasse website directly but nothing else, with a message "manage your account" telling me to log in. When i log it it just tell me to confirm the migration again, with that button "start migration" im unsure to click on it, couldnt be if i click on it they possibly remove my account from gameforge and try to migrate "again"? i feel like i did it already, in gameforge client i have my enmasse email listed in "game account" looking like its done, but i dont see in any place yet "your account is migrated" thats why i keep asking

    Im feeling doubt about if i did it and it worked, since the message "thank you for migrating" after i doing it didnt appear to me, i believe i saw "migration completed" or something like that at the browser bar on top, but when i was in gameforge for first time loged, it was like i created a new account, nothing like "you are migrated", so what happens if i do it again with the same email? would i get any trouble or nothing happens?

    I dont think i received that "thank you" page after doing it, first, the page after i clicked on migration link didnt work for me when trying to put my mail and password to register into gameforge, but i figured i have to use the same mail as i was using when redirected to that page, then it sent me to the gameforge page but it was just like i was logged in, non "thank you" or anything, just checked on browser bar at top saying "migration completed" or something like that, then went to the launcher and saw my account was there, didnt start the game because i havent decided to play/download yet. Thank you for your reply, i just wanted to know if its the same for everyone.
