You can obtain it from dismantling Mythic/Purple gear, and that is probably only source of it at the moment (+ maybe broker)

Hello! After few weeks of grinding guild exp, I have finally managed to save up 10 guild skill points and unlock second guild tab to store extra cards with guildies... or so I thought!
For some reason, when I unlocked Guild Bank Expansion II, all 4 tabs became available at the same time... and yes, they DO seem to work. Can deposit and withdraw stuff from each of them. I'm attaching proof to this post in form of screenshots.
I have no idea how long the bug was around - has it always been around? Added few months/years ago when we got higher level of guild skills maybe? Friend of mine says they seen that issue before, but already unlocked other tabs just in case.

Ace, I was able to finish it in half the time with the double cost and compareable loot (Horn+Wing) compared to 1-3 wings from regular Cata.
Gunner G/B at +15 and W/A at S+0 here. But with same gear, it might take an eternity for tank solo, without a healer or acting like DPS with Lancer-statue as support. And I doubt it might be possible for healer, unless you are one of those who pull out 35-50 m dps with 200m dps bursts >_>
But again, double the cost, half the time - assuming you manage not to die in the first place.
Can also be a good practice, if you have energy, adv. coins and time.
And at least, it isn't cakewalk-easy to do and to get infinite amount of Wings with 0 effort and any understanding of what the dungeon is about. Imagine tanks in upgraded Soul using only block and combo-attack ._. -
While I'm not sure about the loot/cost ration, I think the 600 coins is a good price actually if you compare it to cost and difficulty of regular Catale (300), especially as it is supposed to drop both Wings and Horns.
Perfect to run it on unusued/low geared alts that otherwise have capped coins most of the time~

Hello.
Recently, I have noticed that the Item Claim (One-Use Items, to be more precise) tab is inconsistent between characters.
Up until now (or at least, before the data migration), all items in claim box seemed to be server-wide. Regardless on what character we were logged on, we could see the very same things available for claim. However, I noticed that now, certain items in the Item Claim Box seem to be visible on only one character, while others are visible on all.
At first, I thought it was just some glitch, sometimes showing 4 tabs of stuff in item claim, other times 2 tabs or only 6 items total, but it became obvious when I couldn't find any of the Calendar Event items to claim on one of my alts.
I'm attaching 3 screenshots with visible current time. On each, I selected the one of the last items - the Reward for Tier 5-8. Claiming it, actually removed it from Claim Item box for all other characters - suggesting it was server/account wide. However, you can easily see difference in amount of item claim pages, depending on character.
My question - is this some kind of actual bug or intended feature? As, Item Claim being separate for each character. This could get really troublesome if we were to receive some "character-bound" item while being on some low level alt, just to see it also cannot be stored in bank or worse, getting lost together with character deletion while not even being claimed in the first place. -
Hello everyone
I would like to ask if there are any information about what we can expect after the 18th of December. As I recall, it is the date when migration from EME will no longer be possible and thus, the not transferred accounts will be lost, accounding to the Migration FAQMy question is - will the untransferred characters actually be deleted? Or will there be any way to tell if a friend or guild member is not coming back because of not doing the migration? There might be a lot of untransferred characters and thus, taken names, names that army of (fishing) bots were using. We all know the pain of choosing name for characters in MMO and such names will be simply unavailable.
Either way, will there be some sort of way to tell if one got deleted or just taking some long hiatus (while already having transferred)? Something like CharacterName_182093123 that happened when the servers got merged and names were taken by another player? This could surely help guild masters with cleaning up guilds from inactive players/dead accounts. Or, to clean up Friends List. Personally I got some people who haven't been on for a good while, yet still hoping I will see them one day again. -
Another thing might be level difference between character and the mobs. If you ran some dungeons or simply farmed some vanguard requests, and now follow storylines - perhaps your level is way above them. While regular items might be dropping (it was changed at some point in past I believe), I'm unsure about the gold drop.
But either way, don't bother with farming gold by hunting monsters, the amount is basically non existing. If you need some gold for skills or gear, you can (again) try doing vanguards to see if there are (repeatable, green) ones that give gold, or try to gather resources around + listing them on broker.
Real gold rewards begin above 65 or 68 lvl, when Vanguard missions give few thousands per run. Leveling is fairy easy now so reaching that level should be matter of 1-2 days total, maybe few hours if you are really rushing. Also, even highest level monsters wont give you a fortune - 10 or 40 gold coins if you are lucky while killing BAM

The issue has been present at NA TERA for few months already. I think they stopped working around the time when the Option-Change Scrolls got temporary disabled (due to one bug being exploited iirc) - before or during the Kezzel's Gorge event.
Possibly they could been used in the same way - and given these boxes are supposed to contain rare items, perhaps that was the reason for them being disabled as well.
I have no idea if the option-scroll exploit got fixed in the end, but I wouldn't be suprised if Enmasse forgot to re-enable these boxes due to migration-things going on over last few weeks.

Received response from support 1 hour ago, everything is now unlocked and working.
Perhaps it was some sort of system-security thing that temp. suspened my account - if you struggle with similar issue, again - just contact support. Might be only temp thing, might be not. -
I admit being an EU player who has been playing at NA servers before (due to having friends playing there). I suppose it could raise some red flag and auto-block account for time being (as, european IP address logging onto NA servers) - though, I wasn't asked this. Yet, I got few friends who also were from Europe yet they had no such issue (maybe again, they had static IP unlike me, getting dynamic from my ISP).
Currently I'm in the middle of account recovery proces, so I'm providing support with account creation date, names and levels of characters and so on. Thankfully I even took screnshots of inventories with my gear and healthbar/nickname visible, which should be quite a strong proof (while now it might just be a formality, to find out what EME data is linked to what GF account)
I do hope all goes smoothly, if anything - I will keep you all updated. Perhaps there is many people suffering from the exactly same server-issue, googling their issue and finding only outdated reasons, like VPNs getting in way, expired session and so on, while entire thing might be just login-system overreacting and temp blocking accounts due to "suspicious" activities mentioned above.
Perhaps, I should also mention to support the recent password recovery attempts - having 3 email accounts, I used it as a method to actually see which email I actually used to register at Gameforge, roughly about 1,5 years ago (browser forgot the creditnails and then it was basically blind guessing combination of email and password I used) - I wouldn't dare trying to link existing EME account with not exisiting e-mail address/gameforge account.
I got (auto/template) support response at about 11:40 (UTC+1) am today, responded myself about 2:30pm - and got another response 2 hours ago. So I'm glad that support is working and clearly asking what they require for account recovery/fix. (And yes, I'm aware that tommorow is Sunday and I might need to wait until Monday, but I'm in no hurry.)
Either way, just as the pop up message at launcher suggests - better get in touch in support. It might just be a temp block but given the migration, it might be some data transfer issue too. Also, each response I got is from different Support representative -
Similar issue here, so I submitted a ticket to the support yesterday, together with all informations of what I tried to do to fix the issue and all the info that might have came to my mind.
Got automatic response
QuoteWe’re sorry to say that your account might have been hacked;
I never said nor suspected it to be actually hacked. But this makes me wonder if this response confirms that there has been massive data leak on the Gameforge side, including passwords, emails and personal data - they just said it might have been hacked, right?

But ofc, I do get that it might only be template for this kind of issue (and just similar way of recovery). Yet, it really makes me wonder if anyone at the support side bothered to read all the informations I provided, perhaps to fix it in near future.
