Thank you for the response. So it means all my chars at Highwatch are in that doomzone?
As a test, I asked my brother's account to log in, and the same stuff happened, I could login in any char which are not at Highwatch. Then he tried and he could enter without any trouble. Maybe it's because I'm at the europe region (Moscow), howevern I've been playing the NA server?
In the past, we were sending a ticket to GF for a GM to reposition our characters in Velika or in Highwatch.
Either way, after maintenance time, the char is automatically unblocked and enters normally in game.
I see, my char is already in Highwatch, I can basically enter with any char who's not in Hightwatch xD. In all my accounts where the char is at highwatch, i'm getting this error.
So, after I select the char, click on play, the loading screen appear, it loads around 11-16% and then the game crashes without any message.

I'm having an issue trying to play on this new server after migrating from enmasse. In all my accounts whenever I try to play with a char (after I select the char) appears the loading screen and between 11-13% the game crashes without any message. This happens on all my chars which are located at Highwatch, all the other chars I could log in and also with a new account. So, I guess i'm having a problem in Highwatch??
