Apparently my MAC address was banned.
Today I received a reply to the ticket and they resolved it. Anyone who is still with this problem advise to send a ticket.

Same thing happened to me. I created a ticket, then they responded saying that my account was hacked! But a friend of mine had the same exactly problem, and they told that it had something to do with Dinamic Ip's or something like that. The thing is, i was playing on the EnMasse servers on the same day that the NA servers went up! How my account was hacked simply by going into other server?

I believe it is not a problem of the account, l since I tried to create a new one, but even the new account gives the same message. I have a laptop that I tested to see and is working normally. the problem, it just happens on my gamer computer. -
Hello everyone, I've been trying to play the game since it opened but this message appears, "The game is unavailable for you. Please contact Suport".
