Currently there's no tp scrolls to any of the Exodor Dungeons which makes it really awkward for people that can't fix their vanguards due to not having Club to get to any of those Dungeons.

We've been used to this bug a lot longer on NA. I normally just run in to Pit of Petrax which is a quick hop to Highwatch using the VG menu. It works perfectly especially on accounts where I don't have Tera Club and can just hit the GG teleport scroll.

I couldn't understand why they felt the need to limit it to once per account because the murky powders were non tradeable. But, someone pointed out to me that it was the 50 awake tokens that make it game breaking so to speak, or perhaps not leading to as many swipes if people were to chain farm it.

I wonder if when the gems stopped dropping it was a lead up to this with GG not even being a spot to farm for gold anymore. For a game that encourages you to make alts but then basically sidelines them as your one man farming army is a head scratcher.

I suppose some people aren't complaining about this too loudly because it does help in a way for gearing alts that were gathering dust in that incomplete Maht gear otherwise.

And three days later, Tera is finally downloading on my new PC. What I find super annoying with support is the fact that we are on clearly different time zones. I’ll send in a ticket and basically won’t get a response until the next day due to that time difference.

The fix that worked which finally allowed me to download the game, is I had to create a Tera folder in C:\Program Files (x86). What I don’t understand is why this process was so not user friendly. I never have to jump through hoops to install any game. And is often said by NPC’s in Tera, it’s not like this was exactly my first rodeo, been playing for a super long time.

Anyway, hope this explanation will help anyone else who may be having the same problem.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by OS partition. I went to install Black Desert as well and had no problems, 2 hours left on that download. I had to install a client first and then a folder populated to download the game in. That always used to happen with Tera before, but not this time.

I'm trying to download Tera on a new PC, got the client first then hit install and this is where it all went to hell. Normally a folder automatically populates to download the game in, this didn't happen. So I checked the same folder it's downloaded on my laptop and tried to download it there on the new PC, got the following message.

Error: folder cannot be selected as target folder.

I don't know what to do, because I can't imagine it would get harder for you to install a game with a newer product. I contacted support but I don't know if they'll be able to help me either.

What is the word in KTera? Is this feedstock in game or just not introduced in GF version yet?

There are some Extra Character Slots that cant be used if you have more than 8 slots already. I recommend you to read their description. If they dont say anything about that and you cant use them then support should help you with ones that actually works.

I did read the fine print and it was as follows.

(Server) Additional Character Slot

For Level 1 and above.

Cannot trade. No sale value. This item can't be stored in the guild bank.

Adds an additional character slot on this server. Every account can contain up to 23 character slots per server.

I didn't use them on EmE servers cause I didn't think the cap was even 23 at the time when I got them. But I wonder if that is part of the issue I'm having. On one of my other accounts I had went ahead and used them while still on EmE servers because my character count was so far below the cap I knew it was safe and I had no issues creating a new character there.

I contacted support so I suppose I'll just have to wait and see what they say.

How many character slots can we have on the Gameforge servers? I'm being told by the system that I cannot create more characters yet I have a total of 19. When I try to use one of the additional character slots we'd got from EmE, they don't work, something about not meeting the requirements.

I can't contact Gameforge support either cause for some reason my login credentials don't work on their support page. I suppose I can go hibernate for another month or two rather than trying to get back into this game. This roadblock may be telling me something.

Do you know how I found out? I play Black Desert Online, and they've just had their server transfer. Because that began at the end of January, that made me think about some of the games I had stopped playing a while back. Sure enough, I was surprised, then saddened to learn that TERA had done the same thing. Only in this instance, En Masse weren't even contactable anymore.
As for items, to the best of my knowledge, CE digital items are pretty much identical across the board. But I do get what you're saying.

I also got the email that Black Desert was transferring providers. That game is not even installed on my PC anymore. But I at least had the option to transfer over my characters. Strangely enough, they appear to be giving you a whole 4 months to do this, as opposed to EmE's two months.

But if you really want to play Tera again then not having your CE perks shouldn't be the only thing holding you back.

If you're playing on NA servers, the double drop for Ace dungeons is not working there. I tested it both on Velik and Mystel.

Is there a quest that gives you these upon completion? Because why would you buy them if they don't stack, especially if you have dozens of the NA ones already.

I was in game and I thought I was lagging so I relogged now am stuck at server select, can't get back into game.

It appears to be some severe lag, but servers seem to be up still.

Edit: well I forgot which server I was on, nevermind.

Wonder if they could give us an idea of how many people actually managed to migrate and how many thousands of accounts are probably now lost.

On the old EmE forums a guy was telling me that he transferred 40 accounts under one main account to Gameforge. It made him seem like a fish bot but he said he only kept that many accounts to store names.

There was a very legitimate way to run 4 clients at a time and it wasn't illegal at all on EmE servers. This doesn't seem to work for the Gameforge servers, but I do understand what other people are saying here about hackers finding a way to run dozens of accounts on one PC.

That only happened with the coupons I had before the migration, all green fashion coupons I got once GameForge started publishing the game were able to exchange for blue ones. I was thinking on opening a ticket but after I saw the contents on the fashion coupon shop I decided is not worth the time. In that aspect EME fashion coupon shop was a lot better.

So, some people experienced this bug and others didn't? I know I didn't have an issue converting all my old green rarity EmE coupons to the blue rarity Gameforge ones. I think it's why people have been back and forth on this thread not realizing that some people must have experienced a strange bug.

Does Gameforge have a server status page?

I got the 'your email does not exist' messages when I was trying to log into the forums. I couldn't post here for several days for that reason.

As for the reinstall, as far as I understand that is par the course. I uninstalled everything EmE, from their launcher to the version of the game I played them on. Then I installed Gameforge client and Tera once more, and that worked like a charm.

The tickets are nice, but unless you are upgrading your gear and need the mats or consumables, they are not a proper replacement for raw gold.
