    It looks like you have other processes running in parallel with the game that can put a heavy load on your RAM and / or CPU. Perhaps that's why your computer just doesn't have enough resources to handle this. Of course, I could be wrong, but this is the most logical thing possible.

    Nah, thats not going to be it. As I said, I've been playing on En Masses client just fine for ages. Switch publishers, switch clients, now I crash. Gonna see if a re-install fixes. Somethings corrupted.

    Distant environment detail. Anything higher than 0, crash :O maxing out everything was certainly not a problem with En Masse's client.


    Scratch that, its not a setting. something in the environment is crashing me, higher distant detail just makes it happen at further distances.

    Only on the character that used the teleportation scroll, or on all characters of the account? Sounds serious. In this case, it is definitely necessary to inform the specialists of the Support about this.

    Ok, I think I found the culprit. I was actually able to log in finally, but this particular client doesnt seem to like some graphic setting/preset. gotta play around to see which one it is.

    Is there a message in the client when you try to log in or after the game crashes?

    Much higher. I migrated as soon as it was available. I logged on yesterday, as I said, then the game started continuously crashing as soon as I used a teleport scroll to Highwatch.


    A day later I cant even log onto the account.

    Hello! Is your problem still relevant? If yes, then you should think about the following questions: Is there enough RAM? There are no heavy processes running in parallel with the game (a browser with a million tabs, for example)? Are the system characteristics of the computer coping with the graphics installed in the game?


    In the absence of any possible problems with the above options, you should contact the Support Team.

    Very relevant. I was playing just fine when before november 9th on En Masses servers. My system is far beyond this games required specs.


    And now I cant even log on. And no, I cant even log onto the support site because now my account doesnt even exist.
