I am having the same issue, I have 3 different accounts 2 of them went well I have my chars and all but my main account and the one I had EMP is showing EMPTY have no char, no emp, no item. I send a ticket to the support of GF, didnt do it on EM since I dont think they can help anymore but yes... I wanted to play so bad and now I have to wait... that makes me really sad
