problem solved, found what I didn't know from this thread ---> NA and EU Tera on the same account?
just had to go into settings, clicking on the North America server at login really does nothing, possible over sight ???
so problem solved

every time I log in, I only have EU servers to choose from,
I'll log out, and make sure it's North America selected when I log in, do the log in . and only see EU servers.
I did the migration, as written as well, a couple weeks ago
I just don't see a NA Server, did I do something wrong some where ? or is there still no NA server, yet
