this made me laugh a little because I have a guildie who would be so offended as she loves her fishing and gathering quests and does them every week.

I mean there is tons of other content if you are willing to do it. such as quests and/or achievements (both can go towards your laurel potentially), you can do guardian missions if u like or talk w friends or you could try your luck with a battleground q orrrrrrr........

anyways, i totally agree about the coins. whoever idea it was to put the adventure coin system in when there was already a cap to certain dungeons is literally stupid (no offence) bc its like waiting on top of waiting.

i love doing quests. i recently reached the achievement for 1000 quests completed. after playing for many years i enjoy taking the time to read them (even if the storyline has gotten messed up along the way). it makes me smile to see someone also enjoying the somewhat overlooked feature of the game ty friend!~

yes they feature was but im talking about the castle itself. as i mentioned i have travel spots saved and they are no longer there anymore. the last time i was able to travel to them was when EME was in charge.

With getting elite recently in game I was finally able to travel to my saved locations (which is a lot of hard to get to or u cant even get to places anymore) and two of them I literally fell out of the sky lol because the skycasltes were removed?! I havent been able to go since GF switch so this makes me so sad!!! I was looking forward to relaxing there!! when did they disappear?! plz bring back they were such a cool aspect in the game even if they werent in use

Since I am also aiming for the nice shiny diamond/champion laurel and we are talking about reaper probs...

I would just like to point out that I am having a hard time getting some of the achievements for the lower level dungeons. For example, I have tried a magnitude of different ways to knock down the bosses etc. (even throwing random bombs and stuff from my inventory at it). And i think its because of my level? gear? I made a new reaper to try to transfer some of that gear over to my main one to try and do the quest that way but the gear becomes soulbound and then i am out of luck again.

It would be nice if there was a way to complete these quests being a reaper.... because how are we suppose to knock down the lower bosses when the class starts so high? veryyyyyy frustrating.... i go back and forth between giving up and trying to find new ways to get the achievements for months now (ps: happy to finally get this off my chest hahahaha)

hello, lighting up an older thread because i received this error on one of my many attempts to log in today. normally i dont get lucky enough for my game to tell me why it crashes. about a month ago i didnt have nearly as many issues with the game crashing (over the years ive went through highs and lows of crashing despite having a good pc). as of today i think the longest duration of being logged in was about 10 minutes. now my game will only let me get past and load in after character selection before it crashes again so i cant even go in and change settings if i wanted to to try and troubleshoot. everything seems to be normal, if anyone has any tips pls let me know. thanks in advance!!!

I've said this for years now, and since we are sharing for fun I always thought how cool this game would be in a VRMMO setting. Not sure how combat would work in VR but just to explore Arborea, fly cool mounts, see other characters, live in that world (per se) etc. See it from that perspective would be amazing- lol i'd never log out.

Another thing I thought would be cool is a housing system/guild house system (#bringbackguildcastles2021). For example, in the outskirts of Velika there is an area that looks like it could have totally been done into houses. It would be neat to see all the cosmetics they would add for a feature like that. (If there was ever a housing system implemented I totally would opt for Seeliewood though!)

I feel like this game has so much potential and so many different ways it could be done I wish there was more cool stuff!

I submitted a ticket sometime yesterday about the issue! I haven't been on yet today, I hope it didn't happen again! (but by the comments it looks like it did...)

likewise, there are a lot of things in tera are inevitably useless, doesnt mean they should be necessarily removed from the game (if anything...maybe just tweaked, eg: dont have them recharge, but the whole idea of standing by the campfire to warm up ur little heart bar is so cute in my opinion) or be sh*t on by others.

For example: super quiz bowl & bamarama. Sure they once served purpose for the game, but now you cant even walk/fly into quiz bowl, and bamarama still fights but who really goes and bets on the bam's anymore? (although i do like to watch them fight just because i think its cool).

That list wasn't necessarily pointing out "useful" things to the game, just things that I thought were interesting and/or missing having in the game.

I agree so much that i feel the need to share some things ive noticed that they have changed/removed that I can't wrap my brain around..... why wouldn't they just leave it as it was and continue to expand their game?!

(i feel like why half-booty take it out??? If you are gunna remove a feature from your game. Take all of it out, not just make them unreachable anymore....... what a tease!!!!!!)

Here is a small list of things (feel free to add):

• story line (choppy and doesn't make sense if you actually pay attention to it)
• gathered materials
• crafting
• guild castles (old & gold)
• PvP
• invisible walls (in weird places mind you)
• nexus
• altitude limit (which came with flying mounts, but its making some places unreachable- why put an altitude limit if you make them have flight duration anyways... you can only go so high with so much stamina!!!!)
• alliances
• leveling (i feel like its way faster compared to how it used to be, to the point where you dont even get to enjoy it anymore)
• campfires & charms....... that stuff was so cool!
• baldera and velika wilds (TEASING ME W THE INVISIBLE WALLS!!!! I WANNA EXPLORE AN OPENWORLD- probably the coolest thing in a game ive ever seen.... literal abandoned areas)

I am most definitely missing some stuff, this is just the first things that pop into my head when i think of stuff i miss and wonder wtf why did they take it out???? Did it collide with new things they implemented? Was there no work around to just keep all included? Or do they just wanna see their players sad when they take out cool features that we know and love in our game (ू˃̣̣̣̣̣̣︿˂̣̣̣̣̣̣ ू)

Too bad they don't have the dev's/artists from way back when who left/were fired who created the older content (hence why there is so many repeated similar looking monsters). The forum archive and the dev's from EME shows that the team there were a lot more active then in here (in terms of communicating with the community). It's sad! I'd love more content! I think a lot of us would!

I have so many idea's for this game, stuff that I wish they could implement. But I feel lack of motivation to share them on the forums because whats the point if they dont really look at anything we have to say anyways?

I remember seeing during the transfer from EME to GF that forum submissions for feedback were encouraged here! But after seeing all the cries, pleads and hopes from users (new and old) for even minor changes that could bring more satisfaction to the community, its disheartening. All I see is a compassionate player base who care for the game (in which they've spent precious time and money), make great suggestions only to have unavailing responses from those who are in a position to make change within the game.

Its sad, and I really love TERA. I really hope people see these forums... and I really hope that someone here who can do something about it will.

(PS: I think its sad when I've been playing for years but prefer to do old stuff (and by that I mean, i dont care about recent patches because its all the same grind); lore and dailies, building up my reputation, pvp, deathmatches or whatever they're called, exploration and site seeing... To this day I still find new stuff.... but its not new stuff from new patches, its stuff I've yet to discover in the game that they added forever ago.)

(PSS: They are sitting on a whole abandoned city..... that has INVISIBLE WALLS AROUND IT! (Also Velika Wilds????- mind you I don't know all the drama that went down back then with the dev's who were working on these places) Do something with it! You have so much potential for content in this game, at least a quarter of the map is empty and useable(?!) Its sucks that the only thing that has come out in recent years is Exodor- which i think is a super cool place dont get me wrong, but there is so much more that could be done...)

I second the guild castle thing (one of my fav things still to this day)! I also agree that so many cool aspects to the game have been removed and since replaced with patches that haven't been up to snuff/users expectations with some of the older things in the game (like im still working towards my laurel and my different reputations with the cities). I feel like if the game was still as it was back in the day (or at least had some of those features still) a lot of the players wouldn't have left. I would love to see some of the old stuff get added again, or even revamped and added! I too hope someone important sees this feed and does something cool to the game to keep those new players coming!
