Exactly, i also tried in another email and the same happens, both regions gets the same error, also my main account i had a EU character for over a year that i was playing on it before, i migrated the enmasse account to gameforge and now i'm getting this error all the time, i just restarted my internet and it stills the same.

Hello, i've been facing the same problem, the first time that it happened i was trying to get into EU tera to play while NA is not open yet, but for accident i launched NA tera instead, so i was getting this error on both Teras, then i restarted my pc and tried to launch EU and it worked, i could play, now i wanted to play again today and doesn't matter what i do the error appears for both servers.
