Now, I tried to read through all of these so my apologies if someone said this somewhere. I've had this same issue off and on since the NA servers went up but for me the issue was to always exit out and then open it up again.

Now, that may seem simple enough BUT unless you toggle a certain setting in the client settings then when you hit the big "X" in the top right corner of the client, it minimizes instead of closing out fully. In my case, going to task manager and closing all Gameforge processes from there and then restarting the client works for me. It may or may not fix your issues but I just wanted to make sure that it is known that this might be a possible solution.

Click on your little account drop down in the client > Settings > Client Settings > Close button exits the Gameforge Client

So, my question is can I merge 2 EME tera accounts to 1 gameforge account and have everything work just fine? The reason I ask is because I did just that, no error screens or anything, however, now that NA has launched the "select a server" screen shows that I have 8 characters on Velik however, once I enter the velik server it only shows me 4. So do I need to put in a ticket or was that just not something that's possible?

I didn't see anything in the FAQ about this but it's entirely possible I just missed it. If that's the case then I'm terribly sorry for wasting your time.

Hello everybody! My name is Myst and my ingame names have varied quite a bit. I've gone by Myst, ShadowStern, Invisible.King just to name a few of the many character names I've used and then promptly deleted (or logged on to find one of them deleted) but feel free to call me...whatever floats your boat. (or Myst preferably )

I've been playing Tera off and on ever since it's gone free to play, however, I haven't played in about 2 years (I think?) so I'm unsure if theres many things in terms of game changes that I need to catch up on or not but with Gameforge taking over Tera NA I decided it might be time for me to come back and I look forward to being able to play with everyone!

While I have dabbled in every class my favorites are Warrior, Priest, Mystic, Berserker and Valk. I think Valk is incredibly fun to play, however I don't like playing female characters in games (I know, not playing female characters in Tera is incredibly limiting) BUT at some point I will make a valk, that is something I know for a fact but I have no idea how long it will take because I would like to focus purely on warrior and priest or mystic first.

tl;dr Call me Myst, been playing off and on since it became free to play, I mainly play Warrior and priest/mystic, and I look forward to playing with everyone! (P.S. don't be a jerk to newbies in high level dungeons(even if they make some obvious mistakes). We've all felt that pain. So please remember to go easy on them! However, if they don't learn and don't listen to advice then don't cuss them out. We don't want toxicity. Simply kick them)
