I don't know about you, but it feels like the game is actively punishing me for playing it. Like I can only do anything new on my main, and then 100% mindless 3 min dungeons on everything else.

Is it just me, or is enchanting even more miserable than it was before? How they condensed all mats to Improved, and now the bottleneck is even more insane. Not to mention, you can still fail Kaia's base gear. Was it just me, or did I assume they meant getting ride of failing in general..... .... .... yeah....
I'm not asking for Kaia's Soul, the grind for getting it plus up is why I am here, but now I can't just switch to an alt to do dungeons, cause the gear required to do mid tier dungeons is a joke....
Am I crazy?

It has now been since Friday morning since I could play the game .-. why do they have no one at support to handle issues in the weekend?
Am I going to be reimbursed for the Tera Club time this issue has caused me? >.>
Not to mention the daily rewards I would of gotten as I have been trying to get on for 3 days now >.>

I’ve tried restarting, repairing, hard restartIng my internet, and nothing.
