  • How do we know if the migration was successful

    I did the migrate, put the launcher in (well, someone else did that for me), got the game set to Play, the above is all right, click on play and it fails. ?(


    So I had someone who understands a lot more than I do, look at this stuff, who also got the launcher put in. But I'm putting my screenshot in and then the technobabble that the person who installed the launcher copied and put in a file for me, because I don't get it.



    The technobabble that the person who installed the installer and got it setup so I could get the game going, found this:

    And when I try the support site, it says I don't exist when I try to sign in. :huh:


    So I don't have anywhere I can get help, plus this forum stuff is so confusing.
