ok looks like CE items did transfer across, as my collectors items have just shown up in "Item Claim" which is fantastic ..good work guys and thank you

I understand Items that were in mail box may be lost but im talking about all the Collectors edition items that apply to account.. including new chars yet to be created ...ie these items....https://www.ign.com/wikis/tera/Collector's_Edition

my chars seemed to have migrated ok and the collectors items that I obtained pre merge are on some of those chars but when I got to shop to claim my collectors items for new chars etc there is nothing there

Cant seem to log into game, I migrated my account across as directed, re-downloaded the game ran gameforge client but when i tried to play Tera I keep getting the message "An error has occurred,please try again later" I ran the verify program and all is fine.. please help
