    same problem here since 21 november

    Mine has been since Oct 29th, that's when I opened my support ticket, and yet still no resolution. All answers from support are also very vague "something on your PC is doing this" Ok that's cool, I don't disbelieve that, but can I get an answer that actually points me in a direction to look to troubleshoot? Latest answer was:

    "You could check the incident report while starting TERA to see what might cause the issue.

    This is a basic feature of all Windows operating systems."

    But as I've already told them several times Event Viewer in Windows shows no errors, trying to see if they can give me any log locations of their software or Tera now

    Can anyone on here answer with any names of the "3rd party programs" could be blocking the launch of the game? Just asking because support keeps giving this answer over and over and over again, and it's very vague and doesn't tell me anything

    I was told to open these ports by support, but no luck in fixing my issues (I asked them what ports)

    I've disabled all the services for any VPN software installed on my PC (I do have a single VPN software that I use, but not when gaming) and still the same issue, I even made sure all previous versions of the game were clean uninstalled. Asked Support to check their end as they've never said anything about it. Pretty sure I'm about to just uninstall GameForge/Tera, I mean they can't even give me a straight answer, just instead keep copy/pasting the same thing over and over.

    Yet, it really makes me wonder if anyone at the support side bothered to read all the informations I provided, perhaps to fix it in near future.

    In my experience they don't read past the first sentence, they just keep telling me to do the same thing over and over, I'm seriously starting to wonder if I'm just talking to an AI at this point...

    I just got a reply, seems if you log in multiple accounts in a short period of time it will automatically suspend you. They said do not attempt any logins for 12 hours and you should be fine. Anyone know what amount of time is needed between alt account logins before you get the hit?

    I only have 1 account myself, although I will say I try to login a few times a day to troubleshoot this issue, but the logins themselves are about 24 hours apart as it's usually after work, and I don't try again until after work the next day.

    My experience with support is going nowhere, useless, I've uninstalled and re-installed the client a few times, used Revo Uninstaller to uninstall and re-install the game several times, installed the old version from Steam and uninstalled with Revo, I don't use any anti-virus or firewall, my firewall on my router still has the forwarded ports from when I played on Steam, I'm not going to call up my ISP and pay them more for a static IP just to find out I still can't play the game. This is ridiculous, I didn't even really play that much before, now I just feel like I should delete the game and forget about it because at this point I should be getting paid for this lack of support.

    You should contact your ISP and clarify whether your IP address is static or dynamic. Also make sure that there are no VPN connections or any other connections on the computer itself that might interfere with determining your location.

    This should never be the answer, most ISP's give you a dynamic IP address (here in the US at least, can't speak for other countries, and I have the experience at working at a few US ISP's for several years) telling customers that they have to call up their ISP and pay more money to them for a static IP address shouldn't even be an option, that's a really quick way to say "Hey we don't want you playing our game so f**k off"

    Yeah I've had a ticket open for 2 weeks, and regardless of the region I pick I just keep getting told the same thing over and over "Reboot, check that you don't have any conflicting software, update the GF client" this is really getting old. If there are issues with the migration or etc I wish they'd just say that because nothing they've told me to do works....

    If you are trying to access new game servers dedicated to the North American region at Gameforge, then you should wait until 12th of November when they will officially launch.


    BUT, the message "The game is currently unavailable to you. Please contact support" in most cases indicates a temporary or permanent blocking of the account. In your case, it's probably a temporary block – such blocking most often occurs when you have a dynamic IP address (you can check this with your provider), or because of some connections (for example, VPN). The temporary blocking period varies from a few minutes to ~48 hours.


    Restart the Gameforge Client completely and check again if this error persists. If yes, then I advise you to contact the Support for this issue.

    I guess I'll just have to wait till after the 12th, I have no ban on my account that I'm aware of (I'm a founder account, started day 1 paying for it and all up until free to play) I do have a Dynamic IP address with my provider, but I refuse to pay my ISP more $$$ just to play 1 game (Static IP's with either provider I could go with are an extra cost)

    I don't use a VPN, nor do I have an anti-virus, or a firewall except for my router, which already has the ports for Tera forwarded unless they've changed under Game Forge, are there any ports GF recommends forwarding?

    So I migrated my account over to Game Forge, downloaded and installed it, and I click play and get the message "The game is currently unavailable to you. Please contact support" Anyone know how I can fix this? I already tried the repair option and had no luck. I don't believe I'm region restricted as I'm in the US, but I also wanted to check as I didn't know if it was going to be available in the US at a certain time on Game Forge servers. Thanks for any assistance.
