If you go into your details in Gameforge Launcher, select Tera > Settings > Game account, and in the Europe region, pick the small settings icon to the left of your Game account name, it takes you to the old account management page. And there is no way to change your email adress associated to that old account, just a plain record.


    Anyway, submit a ticket about it and allow the team to change that email for you, to a new adress you want to keep now. Then you can delete that email adress.

  • Old player, old account question

    I have an old Veteran account associated with my old email id which i still have access to. I have created a new gameforge account with a new email id and have added the old TERA account in the Gameforge launcher.


    Now my question is, i will be removing the old email account associated with the old tera account. Will this create any login issues with the game itself?
