    It is now Friday and still nothing has been said or fixed. It really is getting on my nerves that they have not posted about the problem or a coming fix. Instead it is other up and coming things but not about what we as players would like fixed now! I know a lot of players spend their hard earned money on this game be it Thalers or for the Tera Club, and as you said, they are being disrespectful to their player base.


    I also love this event and have been waiting to play it but the lack of rewards puts everyone off. There are many things in the rewards i would love to have but that idea is slipping away day by day! The LEAST they could do is give us some small amounts daily so we can at least keep up SOME hope of getting any rewards.

    I'm sorry, are you blind or purposely ignoring the updates posted in this thread?

    Since EnMasse still has our contact information, etc they will be sending the reminder out to everyone, even those of us who have already migrated, just to make sure it's done since account information is going to be not transferred, essentially locking unaccessible characters in-place in the game permanently. These accounts may or may not have spent money, so it's absolutely important that they be given a fair chance with multiple warnings about their accounts possibly being gone for good.


    You will not get an email upon completing migration, however when you do it you're sent to a page that says 'Thank you' for migrating, so that's your clue that you've done so correctly.

    Last I checked on a swimsuit I got for my Male Amani Archer which resulted in a Female Amani Swimsuit out of one of the Emeregency Gacha boxes, I was told that they were still working with the specialists (I'm assuming BlueHole) to fix them and get it sorted, so meanwhile I'm waiting to get my male swimsuit replacement

    For Gameforge's support site you have to create a new account, as the forum/GF accounts are separate from the Support Accounts, but using the same details as your current account.


    In regards to your characters not showing up, would you mind following my steps listed in the thread below and seeing if this resolves the issue? If not, create your support account and then send in a ticket to GF.

    Hey there. Most companies (like GameForge and EME, etc.) actually don't have people working on weekends as far as support goes. If they do have anyone placed on Support, it's usually the people who watch the servers and maintains them over the weekend, that way for example, if all the GF servers miraculously crash all at once, someone is at the office (or remotely can access the servers) to restart them and figure out what's going on. As for why, this is usually the corporate norm; Offices are vacant on the weekends and then everyone comes back in on Monday for the Monday-Friday grind.


    I would advise everyone with Verizon Fios to definitely send in a ticket if they haven't already, and even if you have, update your current ticket with this new-founded information and link this thread) and ask for them to forward this to the technical department so it can either be looked into and fixed, or explained.


    As for the reimbursements, etc, etc that'd be something to include in your ticket as well, since nobody here can really answer that question except GF staff, though I would hope something would be offered, seeing as this is a very out-of-the-blue and exclusive issue to Fios customers.

    I just migrated from the NA server but i can't seem to find any of my characters in the character select screen do i need to create a new one first ? or should they be there already, help

    Please make sure in the Launcher that your account is your account, otherwise you'll need to add it.

    If the account name (first image) doesn't look familiar, click the Settings button and make sure your Game Region is set to North America and under Game Account you see your account that you migrated with (the one where on the migration page, you created a Gameforge account and migrated your data to it);

    Ok so I solo'd Cultist Refuge (5man), on my Lv42 Gunner. Killed all 4 bosses, and was clearly done. But the room was still marked with that blue boss indicator; and I did not get credit for the Dungeon. While this great big Symbol was glowing blue on the floor.


    The Dungeon was on my Vanguard list this morning, but it seems clear I did not get Vanguard credit for it, and yet I did almost exactly what I did yesterday; save not killing absolutely every nag mob in the place. So was that a Glitch? Did I over level the Quest while I was in there? or do you have to waste every last thing that moves to get credit. Just looking for a little guidance here. As far as I could tell I was done; but the game seemed to think I had left something undone. Your thoughts?

    Question, did you use the Jump-Start scroll to start the instance? If so, and you go to kill Terkasia, it should be completed, and the Vanguard should have also completed.


    Did you happen to also kill the final final boss? The argon, Bhaozurbas?

    Ok so yesterday I was trying on a new costume, the Elvin General's Dress Uniform; which is basically my costume on the NA servers; Ok so I'm happy to have found it and hit the purchase button and am taken to the store; and its not there? I searched for Elvin, Uniform, Dress Uniform, I spent at least 30 minutes throwing search terms at the store; and this Uniform is just not there. I even returned to game and tried again twice.


    Am I just being dense here? Why advertise something your costumer can't buy. Just Curious if anyone else has encountered this problem. Or if this is a unique Glitch. Seems seriously weird to me. BB

    It's similar to how EME was before, and when Dressing Room got nuked nearly every patch.

    They list everything in-game and then there's only a few items they rotate in and out of the actual store. The dressing room is just for looks, and while I think there shouldn't be a purchase button on an item if it isn't readily available in the store, I don't think there's any other way for them to list it really. I don't think the 'Purchase' button is something Gameforge can disabled per-item.

    Zero point having a Player Assistance Thread on the forum if its totally unattended by GF

    Player Questions & Assistance is (from my understanding) more-so a player-to-player assistance board. Bug Reports is where you'd probably find GF staff responding more often.

    Seeing as this has happened again, second time in a week, I'd like to once again suggest a Server Status page, not only for us, but or all servers under GF.


    So far our server doesn't seem to like us very much. :S

    Per the FAQ on the migration, account-bound items weren't planned on being transferred and everyone was told to claim as many items as many times as they wished to do so prior to the migration;
