    Dude... No one said transfer illegally. Plenty of options to manage data transfer and authorization that doesn't come with a deadline.

    There was literally 2-3 people left at EME and they were there to make sure transfers went smoothly. If I recall, Single.Bear said he was the last person out the door before it was just those 2-3 working remotely to make sure we could migrate correctly, and even then one or two of the remaining three were done working at EME leaving one person the last week of migration to make sure it went to GF's servers safely and correctly.

    You're just making excuses at this point. Every possible reason has been given. All you can do now is accept responsibility, man. What's done is done. There was nothing else. You cannot transfer data over-seas unless you have explicit permission from the people who the data is about; you. Maisee already covered the time-frame, and that was plenty enough.

    The vast majority of item claim items are not account or even server-wide with Gameforge. Working as intended.

    This would then contradict Gameforge's previous comment on the FAQ for the NA servers;

    Quote

    Will anything change regarding the 2 current servers that NA has?

    • Gameforge will keep the current server structure that NA has, so everything should be the same as before.

    Please note that we will rename the servers from Velika to Velik and from Kaiator to Kaia

    Raederle could we have an official comment on this? The FAQ says nothing would have changed, but GameForge is using a different Item Claim system compared to what we left with. This shouldn't be limiting items 'per character' and should be showing up for all characters until claimed.

    I'm not sure what part of "illegal" you didn't understand from Maisee's post, but putting all this complaining aside and arguments which has no bias per Maisee's post, they couldn't transfer your content to another country legally without your consent, thanks to GDPR's bs. So if you'd like to blame anyone, aside from GF, EME, and you don't want to take the blame yourself, you can blame the folks who forced GDPR on any and all marketplaces with any and all presence in the EU market, in or outside of the EU marketplace.

    But honestly, you should take the blame yourself. I just happened to be able to login within 3-4 days prior to the shutdown to claim everything and be aware that EME was shutting down. I hadn't touched it in almost a year since. Know who's fault that was? Mine. Know who's fault it would have been if I hadn't checked and ended up migrating? Mine.

    How about some way to give the team who does kill the Caimans a box that has all the current loot as possible loot, and have it RNG what we get.

    2 boxes per player per team. If I'm not mistaken, both Caimans drop 5-6 pieces of loot. That's a total of 10-12 items. At that point it'd only be 2 extra items per run that's dropped by compensating for the 7 players on a team (which would be 14 pieces of loot), and the same team won't necessarily defeat both Caimans so it's possible each team would get one set of the boxes, and everyone walks away happy they got something out of it. That'll make it where people won't camp the middle trying to place all their traps and to trying to walk all over them to get the loot, they can attack from a distance and then focus back on the main idea behind Wintera after dispatching the Caimans; Pelting everyone with Snowballs.

    Also, any update on the permanent death 'feature' we seemingly have? The res scrolls don't work, they leave the player down.

    While I'm not one that usually speaks against Proxy, etc. cause it has it's uses for those who look for ping compensation because certain classes are too ping reliant to play otherwise, I do have to agree that those who are using auto-loot in Wintera are ruining the event. Half the time when I play, there are so many auto-looters surrounding the Santa Caimans, you don't even see the loot touch the ground or even sometimes come out of the Caimans period; they just fall over, like they were empty.

    It's even worse when you spend time charging up snowballs and throwing them at the warm boxes to have one of your teammates (or opponents) run by and pick it up with no animation (i.e: the auto-loot) and keep running in their general direction. Like, could we enjoy the one event everyone normally has fun with without having something ruined? Are all of you who are running auto-loot really that bored, that you have to ruin what is otherwise a normally enjoyable event? Are you that desperate? You're so toxic, when I've seen one or two people mention it in-game, all you have to say is 'git gud'. Seriously? Grow up.

    Raederle Apologies for the ping, but please do forward our feedback and bring up possibly changing the way the Caimans work and how the 'rewards' are distributed, as this is just silly that the usual Battleground everyone loves to have fun in is now turning into mass-suicide-throwing for extra loot, and then auto-looters get the 85% majority of loot.

    Hey there.

    The Large Semi-Enigmatic Chest is just a chest of Enigmatic Scrolls. They come in quantities of 10, 11, 13, 15, 20, and 25. This is for your normal gear.

    The Large Veteran Semi-Enigmatic Chest is the same quantities, and same item, however they're for your jewelry.

    However, Semi-Engimatic Scrolls have been useless for a while now, and are only good for dismantling into Entropic Emblems.

    Just as an update, because I meant to respond to this sooner;

    I actually am unable to access Grig first, and I'm forced to go left. Grig can be found on the right, Lagreah is on the left. However should you like to see Lagreah, kill Grig first, then go left up the stairs on the side and down towards the end. Then jump into the pit below, and destroy the golem generator. Then dispatch any remaining golems and run to the end where the dimensional mirror is located. When there, select "Temple Garden" to reach Lagreah.

    In other ideas, try resetting the instance '/reset' and proceed to the left to see Lagreah first, then go to the right, down, and jump into the middle pit where the generator is, and then proceed to try and kill Grig if you so wish and are able to do so.

    In other words, Support was wrong in this instance of "you have no choice", unless the game forces you to go to Grig when you are at the dungeon level, and me being Level 70 the game said "You get to go Lagreah's route". No idea if such a thing is in place, but this is just my experience of running said dungeon today.

    Cheers.

    I attempted it around 6am PST so there was time. Now I can't even open the launcher on either app. It was bad enough with the multi-shot nerf way back when and now this.

    Unfortunately at least 2 emails were sent out by EnMasse to get people to update. I found out by looking in my Spam folder one day, so I was able to find out days prior to GameForge taking over that I might need to keep an eye out.

    I don't think there's anything you can do at this point, however our Community Manager Raederle suggested contacting support to see if there's anything you can do, but wasn't guaranteeing there was anything that could be done to recover the accounts, so click the hyperlink below to see her instructions;

    Migration Help

    Since the Developers are BlueHole, not GameForge, there's nothing GF can do other than let BHS know we're sick of the Optimization Areas around the fishing, etc (I'm assuming this is what you mean).

    If it isn't what you mean, there should be an option at the bottom of the 'Game' tab in Options that is labeled "System Setting Optimization" and you can uncheck the option under that for automatically applying the optimization once you leave a zone.

    when i click on the link "migrate account" nothing happens now, it sends me to the enmasse website directly but nothing else, with a message "manage your account" telling me to log in. When i log it it just tell me to confirm the migration again, with that button "start migration" im unsure to click on it, couldnt be if i click on it they possibly remove my account from gameforge and try to migrate "again"? i feel like i did it already, in gameforge client i have my enmasse email listed in "game account" looking like its done, but i dont see in any place yet "your account is migrated" thats why i keep asking

    You won't see in Gameforge's client that your account was migrated unless you check 'Settings' in the client and see your EnMasse's migrated account listed there. If you have the client installed, and TERA installed, launch and see if you've migrated, or double-check 'Settings' to make sure it's already migrated.

    If you have already migrated once, Gameforge wouldn't over-write your account information. They have a system in place to prevent that, by telling you that you've already migrated once if you attempt again. EnMasse will let you' Migrate' multiple times, but once you get to GameForge and you try to complete the migration again, GameForge will tell you that you've already migrated.

    EDIT: Welp, Rae ninja'd me while running RK-9. :P

    Hi Sweetmilk, you're supposed to login on EnMasse's website, on the page you're directed to.

    In the top-right corner, there's "Support" and "Login". You need to click "Login" and login with your EnMasse account. Once you login it'll take you to the Migration page, and you will start the migration process.

    Cheers.

    I wrongly assumed dupe posts would be removed from forums. Regardless, responding to posts about updates on bugs that entirely invalidate an in game event with ableist insults is "being lame".

    Please don't assume things and then get offended on another person's behalf. If you'd like to be offended, please do so after asking if it's okay to do so.

    Declaring what is and isn't abelist without consulting someone who actually is in that community is pretty "lame".

    Im not blind considering I asked about an update. And it's still been awhile since that post. There is no problem to keep asking about it since more and more time has passed with no more word other than they havent received word. There is no reason to be a jerk about it. Their "update" is still no word.

    My intent wasn't to be rude, simply asking if you had taken the time to try and look around, or if you even acknowledged Melione's response, as you hadn't said anything since her post saying you acknowledged it. I also linked a post from Threea from 3 days ago, so it isn't hard to look around before just posting repeatedly "Any updates" when they're posting an update (whether you like the update or not) seemingly every 3-5 days.

    Cheers.
