    I uninstalled the game vcia steam completly and installed via gameforge post migration and while trying to login via gameforge app and I get error

    ' This game is currently unavailable in your region. Please contact suport'

    Is this because server not being up.... I just wanted to know every is getting same error for NA region becuase I see some other error message above and made me confuse.

    If Gameforge's client is telling you to contact support, I'd follow the directions and do so. If you are not from America and trying to access the servers, they're likely blocking IPs like EnMasse did, due to licensing constraints, but maybe for a different reason from EME.

    It wouldn't hurt to contact support and ask them about it;

    Tera Support

    I don't know, I haven't played in 6 months or so, as such I have no idea what's new or old.
    There's also no patch notes that I could find listing all the changes so I don't know anything.

    Honestly, if these items offer gold, and nothing else, sell it.

    If they offer low values, like the hypnotic device, but have a dismantle value, dismantle, unless you're seriously strapped for Gold.

    However yes, Weapon Re-works took place which made a bunch of items unusable and we also just added new gear as well over the last few patches.

    Feels kinda weird welcoming someone new to the forum when we're still kinda new ourselves due to the migration, but welcome!

    Just curious; What would you say your favorite N64 and GameCube game is/was?

    For N64 mine would have to be the Mario Party series (cause you know, let's end Friendships!)

    For GameCube it'd have to be the 2-game Baten Kaitos Series. A very underrated JRPG that I love for the amazing graphics. :)

    I look forward to working with you! :gamer:

    P.S: Can we work on getting NA put into the 'forum' drop-down with the rest of the main sub-forums for each server? :D

    If you got to the "Thank You" page after submitting, your migration was successful

    Until EME closes their servers, and GameForge opens our new servers, they won't be able to tell if we have completed the migration steps successfully or not, outside of you getting redirected to a "Thank You" page once you submitted.

    Gameforge Client issues

    (is it just me, or do links look no different from normal text?)

    They don't, except there's a symbol showing that text is linked if you use an out-bound link. Otherwise the way the forum is setup, it makes in-bound local links look like normal text...which honestly is a pain and makes it weird when someone just says "Gameforge Client Issues" and there's no obvious sign it's a link until your hover over it and you're shown you can click it with your cursor change.

    Definitely not user-friendly at all to be honest.

    An interesting question I hadn't thought to ask until now;

    Will the shops contents (i.e: Fashion Coupons, etc) transfer over, or will they change to compare to EU Tera's content? Roughly the comparison is 5-10x more in the EU per item in the Fashion Coupon shop in EU, compared to TERA NA. Does this get covered under:

    Quote

    Please also make sure to exchange all your token items before the server shuts down as some of them might have different content or won’t work anymore afterwards.

    If so there's a lot of Fashion Coupons to use...and I guarantee you those who hoarded even more than I have, they might not have enough slots to purchase those things and keep them in Wardrobes, Banks, etc.

    Just thought I'd ask for clarification, as this was brought up on EnMasse's forum as well, via;

    https://forums.enmasse.com/ter…nt/291742/#Comment_291742

    TL;DR - Will the shop prices change to fit the EU economy even though we're being separated, or keep the same for our US economy?

    Although the server structure will remain the same, will migrated players be able to choose between the NA servers initially once they go live or will they be placed in what they were in pre-migration?
    Just worded a tiny bit strange in FAQ

    Ex. PvE player automatically placed in PvE server | PvP player auto placed in PvP server

    Considering this is a manual move/transfer of the servers, chances are our PvE characters will be kept on PvE and PvP on PvP.

    Since I'm not entirely sure if you can offer an answer Melione, I would like to ask anyways.

    On NA, we had go-kart mounts that were removed. If we had multiple temporary ones, we were given Mount Tickets to replace them, as anyone with permanent ones (I believe) were allowed to keep theirs in accordance to KTERA's NEXON. These Mount Tickets were allowed to give us one of 8 different mounts per ticket and those mounts would last for 7 days. Are these still good when we migrate over? Will the shop change or be removed, or will it be ported over and still usable?

    EDIT: I would also like to ask about the temporary items in Item Claim. If we wait until the last day to claim those items, and they expire or lose time during the period between our servers shutting down, and your servers going live, can we have those items reclaimed or reimbursed, or are these temporary items just wasted? I have almost 5 pages of temporary items that still have anywhere between a year and 1000 days to claim still, as I don't have characters (yet) for those items to be used properly and would rather them not go to waste, as once I claim them, the items temporary duration will begin.

    EDIT 2: In regards to inactive Guilds; My ex-fiance had multiple alts he leveled before dropping off the face of the earth.. All of his alts take up the "top 5" of the Guild list, and I'm in 6th. Since it says the 'second' does that include the GM's alts or non-alts? Meaning that I wouldn't be able to take over our Guild? (I say 'our' as I originally was the owner, gave it to him, and for almost a year, nobody but me has been active, including my ex-fiance. I asked EME if they'd transfer ownership. They never would without his permission.)

    Thanks for any information you might be able to provide!

    Hey there.

    Not sure how GameForge does their support 100%, as I've had no issues with them with the few tickets I've created on my EU account, however if like most support places, your issue is given to what are known as 'gate keepers'. These people usually respond with the usual copy-paste scripts, as they don't have much else they can do in regards to your actual issue, and usually is done for troubleshooting that maybe the user in question didn't think about before.

    Without knowing your exact issue, there's not really any way to confirm how you should go about this and how GameForge would/should handle it; however if it was simply you opening the ticket, and they gave a 'scripted' response, feel free to respond and let support know that 'hey, what you guys are telling me isn't helping, I need help with _____' and even ask for an escalation, as with most support staff, there's 'levels' of support. Above the gatekeepers are usually level 2s, 3s, etc until you get to the top if it needs to go that high. If the next person after your escalation request isn't able to solve your problem, either ask for another one, or they should (by default if it doesn't fall under their scope) escalate it for you to a 'specialist'.

    Just be calm and patient. Once you get past the first-responders/gate keepers, support usually is very easy and helpful. :)
