So my husband and I managed to find our hard copies of Tera that we bought months ago that got misplaced in a move, they were unopened with brand new codes that I am assuming are founder's codes. Is there a way to still claim these codes? We have tried to put them in at various places with nothing happening, and I have tried to submit a ticket but nothing happens doesn't even submit the ticket.

I thought the NA servers were launching today?

I am getting a failure to launch every time I try to log in the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have verified the files. This started last month before the transfers while still on steam and I have removed everything from steam and the old Tera with En Masse and I am STILL getting the Failed to Launch. An error has occurred. Please try again later. I have tried to post a support ticket but it will not go through. Every time I try to submit nothing happens it just refreshes the page. This is really just annoying. I loved playing Tera but how can I play if I can't get into the game?

Hi I m wondering why, when I did my migration, it has my Tera account set to Europe when I am in North America? Is there any way to be able to fix this? I also was not able to merge it via steam and when I have tried in the last few weeks to still play it from EME through Steam, it just keeps giving me a crash message. I uninstalled it due to this
