I'm assuming you have ToonTown installed on your computer?
Can you make sure no instance of this is running prior to launching TERA? Double-check your Task Manager to make sure nothing is running or hiding in the background.
Toontown is installed, I made sure it wasn't running when I clicked play.

Could you post some screenshots of what happens when you click TERA in the launcher and then click "Play"?
After I press play it opens another launcher. Sorry, I'm not great with uploading photos to forums, hopefully this works

I downloaded the Gameforge launcher a while back and I had problems with it, I couldn't get it to work. Whenever I try to play or open Tera, it opens a completely different launcher for an unrelated game. I really have no idea why or how to fix it.
