    I did not receive Tera thalers after purchasing 20$ worth but im missing the money in my account and the thalers so what gives. I sent in a ticket but how long do they take to respond usually?

  • Regarding North American Server

    Hello, I'm a long time Tera player that's just done the migration and returning sometime 2021 but I'm concerned if what I heard about the server location for NA being in Europe is going to be true? I had heard something like that happenned with the Russian servers being setup in Europe and I have another question if they are in North America then where will it be located? Still in same area in Chicago or hopefully more east. I don't want 300ms though so I hope they place the server in NA some where at least
