    The servers were having issues over the weekend, as I'm sure we're all aware, and as such Item Claim's server (which is hosted separate) was knocked offline. They should be able to get it fixed tomorrow when they return to the office.

    I have NEVER played an MMO where Tech Support/Customer Relations took the weekends off! Besides, they should be working remotely, but there isn't even someone in the office to go in and press the reset button on the server?!?! or pick up the phone and call the Hosting Company and tell them to restart the damn server that they are PAYING FOR?

    As I said before: I don't WANT them to Kill TERA-NA, it just seems like they don't care if they do.

    I too remember when I was playing Tera back then. I was a VIP member before it was a subscription. I loved this game so much that I came back because i missed it. So much has changed and it has more bugs than the original game had. If they shut down the NA server, I expect that I wont get my $100 back.

    15 hours later now. I submitted a support ticket, but have no hope of hearing from them until Monday (German IT and Customer Service people apparently don't work weekends).

    I have spent real money in support of GameForge twice now, and both times they have messed up, and taken days to get back to me. I didn't mind supporting EnMasse, I was a Founder after all. GameForge will be the death of TERA in North America, I'm truly surprised Europe has put up with their "Service" for 7 years.
