The servers were having issues over the weekend, as I'm sure we're all aware, and as such Item Claim's server (which is hosted separate) was knocked offline. They should be able to get it fixed tomorrow when they return to the office.

I have NEVER played an MMO where Tech Support/Customer Relations took the weekends off! Besides, they should be working remotely, but there isn't even someone in the office to go in and press the reset button on the server?!?! or pick up the phone and call the Hosting Company and tell them to restart the damn server that they are PAYING FOR?
As I said before: I don't WANT them to Kill TERA-NA, it just seems like they don't care if they do.
